For reservations of 2 nights, we require a $400 Damage Protection Fee, refundable after check-out inspection.

5. Princess Room Suite: 2 Twin Size Beds

Pet Policy:
Please inform us if you are bringing a pet: how many, weight, breed? Maximum 2 small pets, 35 lbs each.
-Pet Fee: $125 + tax (per pet)
-Pet Damage Protection Fee: $250 (refundable)

Pool Heater: $30 US dollars + tax per day.
Request 3 days prior to check-in. Heater must be on for minimum of 5 days. Temperature set between 82°-88° F.
To ensure the best experience, pool heating must be requested at least 2 days prior to your arrival. Pool heating services won’t be available for last-minute bookings or requests made less than 2 days prior to check-in.


BBQ Grill Rental: $50 + tax.
Guests must exchange propane. Fee covers cleaning and wear.

Long Stay Cleaning: Reservations over 21 days require extra cleaning services.

Laundry Service: Professional laundry service for linens and towels available. Guests can use in-house washer/dryer.

• 1 Dishwashing Capsule in the Kitchen
**We do not provide washcloths**


GARBAGE:
- Trash removal daily.
- Trash must be bagged and tied in 13-gallon bags, max weight 30 lbs.
- Loose trash not picked up.
- Must have trash liner.

ENTRY:
Arrival instructions sent 3 days before check-in. Use provided code for entry.

SECURITY: Home is equipped with security cameras outside.

PARKING:
- 2 parking spaces in front of house.
- No grass parking.
- No trailers, RVs, or golf carts allowed.

PACKAGES: You may send packages during your stay; we are not responsible for lost packages.

HOUSEKEEPING: No daily service included. Mid-Stay Cleaning can be requested.

FOOD: No open food left in the home as per Florida law.
