đ Smoking is strictly prohibited. Activating the fire alarm due to smoking may result in fees up to $1,500. Tampering with or disabling smoke alarms will result in a $300 penalty.
### **No Pets**
đŸ Pets are not permitted. Bringing pets will incur a $300 penalty plus any additional cleaning or damage fees.
### **Keys**
đ One key set is provided. Lost keys incur a $250 fee plus locksmith charges. After-hours lockout fees:
- **4 PMâ7 PM:** $55
- **7 PMâ10 PM:** $80
- **10 PMâ9 AM:** $120 (Subject to availability).
### **Check-in & Check-out**
