Located in The Villas of Frangista, a safe, gated community in Frangista Beach. There’s a private saltwater pool in the backyard, and also a neighborhood community pool. The community is located off of scenic Highway 98, very close to the famous Whale’s Tale restaurant and beach access. There’s a private, designated beach access right outside the community. Take the complimentary 6-passenger golf cart to the infamous Silver Sands Premium Outlet Mall, just 2 miles away (home to 110 designer and name-brand outlet stores). Each Bathroom Has 1: Shampoo, Conditioner, Body Lotion, Bath Salts, Soap Massage Bar, Makeup Wipe, and Hand Soap Bar.

•Things to bring: Laundry Detergent, Extra Toilet Paper and Paper Towels, Shampoo and Body Wash, Extra Trash Bags, Extra Dishwasher Detergent Pods.

We do offer a cancellation policy:
If a reservation is canceled before 60 days prior to arrival, we charge %25 of the rental rate. If canceled after 60 days prior to arrival there are no refunds.

This brand new home is located in the private gated neighborhood Villas of Frangista in Miramar Beach, FL. Sandy Shores is just about two blocks from the sugar white sand and the emerald waters of the beautiful Gulf Coast. Villas of Frangista also offers its own Private Deeded Beach Access.

Getting Around:
The best way to get around is via golf cart! Some folks also enjoy walking to the private deeded beach access at the end of Hollywood St.
