Welcome to Lazy Days Beach House. This modern, private, newly renovated West Coast inspired cottage is a 4 min walk to sandy New Wasaga Beach and sunsets over the water. We hope you'll love curling up in front of the fireplace, or gathering around the outdoor fire pit. Perfect for couples, or families looking for longer getaways. The space
We hope you will enjoy this rustic cottage loaded with modern amenities. Some things we hope will make your 3 bed, 2 bath stay effortless includes:

- we'll start you off with basic necessities such as dish soap, fresh sponge, dishwasher tabs & paper towels & toilet paper.
- we also stock (but can't always guarantee) tea, coffee, sugar, salt & pepper, oil, vinegar, condiments, spices, etc

The cottage is also equipped with outdoor amenities such as:

- large deck off the master bedroom - great for morning yoga
- modern gazebo with lounge chairs and a porch swing
- al fresco dining for 6 on a large patio
- gas bbq (propane tank)
- fire pit with seating
- large driveway- parking for 6 vehicles
Other things to note
For additional sleeping space, the two couches in the living room fold down to 2 double beds. Extra linens provided.
Instructions for schlage lock, wifi, smart tv, nest thermostat, bose wireless speaker, gas fireplace & more will be emailed upon booking confirmation. A copy of the instructions on items and how to operate are also in the cottage.
