As you enter the home, you are greeted by vaulted, 14 foot ceilings, oversized TV, sectional and dining table, that comfortably entertains 20+ people. The kitchen is fully-stocked and equipped with everything you need including state of the art appliances, to make a gourmet meal or just easy meals on the run. 4 bar stools are at the quartz island for additional seating and there is additional seating for 2 at a bistro table at the coffee bar.

There’s a dedicated coffee bar and wine cooler adjacent to the kitchen and a second fridge on the lower level provides ample space for extra food storage, making it easy to cater to large groups or extended stays.

The open living area has nesting sliding doors that lead out to over 700 SF of additional living space outdoors and an amazing pool area, complete with outdoor seating and an oversized outdoor flat screen tv to catch your favorite team or movie in the evenings by the pool.

If your vacation requires balancing leisure with work, our home features a private office that doubles as a kids' playroom, equipped with a queen sleeper sofa for additional sleeping arrangements.

Each bedroom in this residence is a private sanctuary, boasting its own en-suite bathroom. The two primary suites feature double vanities and ample space for family conveniences such as pack-and-plays (not provided) and convertible twin beds for children (2 included).

Please note the elevator can be used by request only, inquire directly to Sun Palace on use and access. Anchorage street also has a direct access point to the beach, so just walk across the street and you’re on the beach!

We’re back and better than ever! You had to put your beach vacation on hold – but we are ready for you now! While our homes and town may look a little different and yards may not be as lush while Fort Myers Beach rebuilds, you will find all our homes have been either renovated or rebuilt, passing thorough inspections to meet your needs. And don't forget, the beach is open and as beautiful as ever, inviting you to relax and enjoy the sun, sand, and surf once again. Additionally, food establishments continue to re-open, creating plenty of opportunities for entertainment and dining experiences during your stay. Please be sure to read listing descriptions carefully when choosing your home.

A rental agreement that requires your signature will be emailed to you at the time of booking. The agreement needs to be complete within 24 hours of the time of booking the reservation.

Dogs are permitted in most, but not all, properties so please inquire before booking. Some units have restrictions based on the weight, age, or size of the dog; however, 2 is the maximum number allowed. If any unauthorized pet is found in your unit or on the premises, you will be asked to vacate immediately with no refund of any payments. There is a non-refundable pet fee based on the size of the dog.

You must be at least Twenty-Five (25) Years old and occupy the unit for the entire time of the reservation. We do not rent to groups of singles under 25. The maximum occupancy of people over the age of Three (3) years old is listed on the website for each unit and is strictly enforced. We reserve the right to determine the number of children under Twenty-one (21) years of age that may be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
We provide Contactless Check-in. A signed rental agreement is required at the time of booking to confirm the reservation. You will receive your door lock code and check-in instructions through your guest portal and via email 7 days prior to your arrival. Please call with any questions. Check-in time is after 4:00 p.m. Please notify everyone in your party.
