Step into your cozy oasis, where a plush Queen bed awaits to cradle you into a restful night's sleep. The attached full bathroom ensures privacy and convenience, while the small fridge with freezer and microwave provide added flexibility for storing and preparing snacks throughout your stay.
As you unwind after a day of exploration, kick back and catch up on your favorite shows on the TV or indulge in a freshly brewed cup of coffee from the Keurig coffee maker. Whether you're here for business or leisure, our thoughtfully appointed amenities cater to your every need.
Outside your door, The Waterway beckons with its inviting community pool, offering a refreshing escape on warm days. And with a prime location just steps away from renowned waterfront dining destinations like Bridgetender, Dockside, and Fish House, you're never far from a delectable culinary experience.

Pool open dawn til dusk, May 26 - Oct 15, weather permitting.
INCLUDED: WIFI and linens, including all bedding + bath towels to save you the hassle/cost of renting them separately! When you arrive, beds will be made with crisp, fresh linens and complete sets of fluffy towels will be available.
You must be 25 years or older to rent this property.
Parking Instructions:
Free parking in the parking lot available for guests use. Parking is unassigned and first come, first serve.
Please notify our office if youâre planning to bring a pet as the following pet policy will apply: A maximum of 2 pets are permitted. ONLY DOGS ARE ALLOWED. The pet fee is $25/night per pet and $200 per pet on stays 8 nights or longer, plus tax. A pet fee will be added after booking. No dogs are allowed without prior approval and payment of a non-refundable pet fee, per pet. Undisclosed dogs will incur a minimum $300 fine plus tax. Violation of our 2-pet maximum policy will incur a minimum of $300 plus tax charge, per pet, plus the tenant will be in material breach of the lease, and grounds for eviction will apply. The pet must be removed from the premises immediately, and your reservation may be canceled with no refund given.
**Please note: All service animals and emotional support animals must be disclosed at the time of booking to allow the agent to collect records and documentation to support the request in accordance with all state and federal laws. A pet fee will NOT be charged for true Service Animals. **
No pets are allowed on the beach strand from April 1 through September 30. Pets must be on a leash if on the beach strand from October 1 through March 31.
Sea Scape requires that all reservations have a signed rental agreement that will be sent to you via text message after booking. Once youâve booked your stay, you will have 48 hrs. to complete the rental agreement to confirm your stay. Sea Scape reserves the right to cancel your booking if the rental agreement is not completed within 48hrs.
