A place, steps away from the beach, where the day’s schedule is ruled by the tides, sunrises and sunsets.With over 2,000 sq feet of outdoor decking along with an outdoor living room, kitchen/bar area and pool, there is ample space for outdoor entertaining and gatherings. With six bedrooms, each with an en suite bathroom, this thoughtfully designed home also allows for plenty of private space to rest, relax and recharge.

We all enjoyed the pool and with beach wagons the walk to the beach was an easy trip. The kitchen was very well stocked and we had everything needed for our cooking. A very quiet neighborhood and the area of the beach we walked to was not crowded. We had a wonderful vacation here!

We stayed at A Pearl In The Sand in June 2025. The property was gorgeous! There was a closet full of pool and beach toys, wagons, and beach chairs. The elevator was very helpful getting groceries and luggage upstairs. The pool was gorgeous. The kitchen was beautiful and stocked with everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable. We would absolutely stay here again!

My family loved this vacation home. Been using Elliott properties for years & this was our â¤ï¸ fav. There was nothing missing that I wouldn’t have at home. Absolutely comfortable ,clean & well prepared. Pool Was cleaned every day. Kitchen was very well stocked. I had to make an effort to leave the house to enjoy the rest of Myrtle Beach. There is no question of returning. Absolutely no complaints but a suggestion to have blinds or coverings at all 1st & 2nd floor windows to enhance privacy & security. I really hated leaving.

I had the pleasure of staying at A Pearl in the Sand , a stunning new beach house and it exceeded all expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the stylish, modern decor and closeness to the beach. The open-concept was perfect for multi generational families to enjoy time together and have space to be apart. The kitchen was fully equipped and the spacious decks were ideal for morning and evening gatherings. The beach was just a short walk away, making it convenient to enjoy the sand and surf. It is the perfect getaway and we can’t wait to return!

I would recommend additional curtain panels in some of the rooms (two is not enough), blinds in the bathrooms and bedrooms (very bright in 3rd floor), hand towels in bathrooms, and beach towels. The house is amazing but as a fellow host these are some things I’d recommend.

This Atlantic Beach home was an absolute gem! From the moment we walked in, we were blown away by the impeccable design and attention to detail. Every space was thoughtfully curated with stylish furniture, and beautiful artwork. The house was immaculate and equipped with everything we could possibly need. The kitchen was a chef's dream, and the living spaces were spacious and inviting. We especially loved the en suite bedrooms, the balconies and the elevator!! It felt both luxurious and incredibly comfortable. The location was perfect! We were just a short stroll from the beautiful Atlantic Beach, and within easy walking distance of local spots including a seafood restaurant, the liquor store, and a very short drive from the grocery store. This home is ideal for families and large groups. There was plenty of space for everyone to relax and enjoy themselves, and the kids were especially thrilled with the pool!
