Kick back and relax at the Floridian Belle! With southeast views of the lake and the nature preserve, you see both the sunrise and sunset from your scenic covered lanai, surrounded by lush palm trees.

Located in Treviso Bay, you have access to the best that this 5-star luxury gated community has to offer: 2 restaurants, 2 pools, hot tub, gym, salon, spa, pickleball, tennis, golf course (available off-season for fee), pristine walking paths, and community events.

This 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom condo with a den (that has been set up as a dedicated home office space with sliding doors for additional privacy) is stocked with all of the necessities (and then some!) so that you can have a carefree vacation of your dreams! The main living area, the fully stocked kitchen and the dining nook have lots of natural light and the covered lanai offers an additional outdoor living space.

You can park your car under the covered car port directly in front of the stairs leading staight to the unit (located on the 2nd floor). Elevator is closeby.

The condo building is located a 2-minute walk from a fenced-in satellite pool that has a balance of sun loungers and shade, a dedicated swim lane, washrooms and a BBQ area with 2 gas and 1 charcoal grill. Adjacent to the pool are pickleball courts (reservations required). This is also the location for the Treviso Bay food truck (serving breakfast and lunch).

Enjoy the Villa Rilassare resort area which boasts a beautiful resort-style pool with waterfalls, a bridge, lap pool, gated child pool area, hot tub, fire pits, loungers, the Rilassare Grill where you can order drinks and food while basking in the sun. Also available at the Rillasare Clubhouse: salon & spa, tennis & basketball courts, a well-appointed gym, studio for yoga and group fitness classes, and locker rooms with showers & lockers.

CLUBHOUSE

Want to have a more formal evening? Head over to the 76,000 sq ft Clubhouse overlooking the world's only PGA Tour designated TPC Golf Course located within a community. The Clubhouse is home to the community's Tuscan-inspired Clubhouse Grille which includes the Clubhouse Terrace for outdoor dining under the sun or stars. Next to the Clubhouse Grille you will find the Social Activities room where you can play billiards, shuffle board, darts, or cards while enjoying beverages from the adjacent Grille's bar. Or head downstairs to the Pro Shop where you can check out the latest golf apparel or buy one of the offered cigars to sit and relax outside while watching the 18th hole.

Golf at the Treviso Bay TPC is available for guests off-season (May 1-October 31) only.

WILDLIFE

As the community is located on a nature preserve, wildlife is abundant. Observe a great variety of Floridian birds from the comfort of your lanai, or explore the nature by taking a walk or a bike ride through the community. There is a boardwalk through the jungle ending at a viewpoint by a lake that is just a 20-minute brisk walk or a 7-minute bike ride away from the condo.

LOCATION

A short 10 minute drive to 5th Avenue and Old Naples and the famous Naples Pier and white sand beach. Some of the best culinary experiences you will ever have can be experienced in Naples. Head south and you're a short 15 minute drive from Marco Island where you can enjoy more beaches, restaurants and the beautiful South West Florida nature!
