MAIN FLOOR:
Enter through the back door on the back porch of the building, where you will walk up a small set of stairs and the apartment is located on the main floor.
When walking into our beautifully designed apartment, you will be entering our open floor plan kitchen and living area.
Then there is our stylish and clean full bathroom. If you continue past the bathroom, you will enter our laundry space that includes a washer and dryer to use during your stay.
Next, you will enter the bedroom that has a king sized bed and a closet to store clothing.

PARKING:
Feel free to park anywhere there on E Oakland, that is FREE street parking or pull behind the the building to the gravel parking area. You may use one of these parking spots. Please note that the other 2 spots are for other tenants/guests in the building.

**High Chair can be requested as well and rented as noted for $30 for stay. This is not at the unit so will need to give us 24 hour heads up**
