Host Albert was a top guy who was so accommodating and nothing was any trouble. So welcoming and just wanted to make sure you enjoyed your stay.

A massive thank you to Albert and his family for having us stay on their property this weekend. We were incredibly grateful for their extra effortsâfresh bread and homemade cakes to celebrate our anniversary were such a thoughtful touch. It was a joy to watch their daughter with her horses and to see the beautiful Highland cows. The tent was perfect upon arrival, and overall, weâd give Albert a 10/10 for his hospitality and care. Thank you again! We will be back!
my partner and i had the pleasure of stumbling across this amazing accommodation, itâs exceeded all our expectations and we canât recommend it enough, peace & tranquility and luxury.
A special thanks to the host for the special touches and effort to make our stay as enjoyable as it was, we canât wait for next time.
We had a fabulous couple nights glamping! The space was clean, the bed was massive and incredibly comfy! The fire pit area was nice, the pillow cover could do with some love but other than that it was comfy to sit at. The bathroom and kitchen has everything you need and are tidy. One of the highlights was the hosts! They were incredibly friendly, even made us a delicious chocolate mouse cake! They really spoiled us and we really appreciated it!
When we drove down the drive to the barn it was a wonderful and instantly memorable experience. Sleeping in a beautiful little corner of the property we were welcomed with a warm smile and friendly conversation. Nothing was amiss and were exactly if not better than we were hoping. Having highland cows, chickens and horses around was an amazing sight. We loved walking around the property. Having fresh bread and fruit delivered to our kitchen. Sleeping was a dream, hearing animals and birds singing. We would definitely return to enjoy the break from the city but comfortably enough to enjoy the full experience of relaxation and calm. Thank you Albert and your family for having us you should be so proud of what you have shared with the world.
There are holiday letting operators; then there are holiday hosts. Albert is a one of the latter. He made sure we had everything we needed and provided a superb daily breakfast or brunch with a fruit platter, home-made bread, and even eggs from his chooks.
This is glamping - it's not for fusspots - it's a farmlet with insects, frog & bird noises, and the kitchen/living room/toilet are about 40m from the tent. But you are amply rewarded with a tranquil experience surrounded by nature. A wonderful detox!
And if you need a break from that, the pick of the towns in the Hills - Uraidla, Crafers, Bridgewater and Stirling - are all less than 10 minutes' drive away.
It's possibly the best experience for a quick break, it has everything, a beautiful tent fully equipped, a fire place under the stars, a separate kitchen and toilet with shower, the views ara amazing and the hosts are absolutely lovely, if you get the chance to meet the horses and cows you will have an unforgettable experience.
