The spacious interior boasts an open concept design, seamlessly connecting the living, dining, and kitchen areas, creating an inviting atmosphere for socializing and relaxation. The fully equipped kitchen is a culinary haven, perfect for preparing delicious meals to be enjoyed in the adjacent dining space. Step outside through the French doors onto the expansive deck, overlooking the vast and lush yard that provides ample space for outdoor activities and games. Whether you're grilling up a feast, unwinding in the hot tub, or enjoying a star lit outdoor shower, this private backyard oasis offers the ideal setting for both entertainment and relaxation.

The primary bedroom with king bed and ensuite bath offers a 65" TV. There are two additional bedrooms. One room holds a queen bed and the other holds two sets of bunk beds (twin over full each) and provides an additional 42" TV. Your furry friends are welcome, as this pet-friendly rental ensures the whole family can enjoy the vacation. (Dogs only please with an added fee).

This is a beautiful home with a large meticulously maintained backyard and wonderful hot tub. The bird watching was also fun! We’ve stayed on many different properties over many years and this one rates at the top of the list. We would definitely stay again!

Immaculate Brewster Retreat!

This property is even better than pictured. Home is spotless and cozy, beds are comfortable. We enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit. Nice location, convenient to Brewster bay beaches and shopping. Easy drive to the ocean beaches. Would love to stay here again!

Gorgeous Home & Property for the whole family

Check in was easy and convenient with code emailed half an hour before. The property description says there’s a sister unit “on the premises” but we didn’t realize it was a basement apartment below where we were staying and were confused when we first arrived. A more accurate description of the house and 2 unit setup would be good to revise. Kitchen was well appointed and had plenty of storage for our food and supplies for the week. Interior Space was open and enough for our family of 6 and extended family to visit. All was clean and well maintained inside and yard was lovely. The only issue we had was with hot tub getting cloudy but it was taken care of quickly.
