A fully enclosed backyard has a family size gas BBQ and electric BBQ kettle in an undercover eating area.
Not the Taj Mahal, but the ideal, comfortable and well equipped beach holiday base camp!
The master bedroom has a queen size bed with ceiling fan and the second bedroom also has queen size bed and a ceiling fan.
The lounge room has a reverse cycle air conditioner, smart TV and DVD player.
The fully equipped kitchen features a gas stove, microwave, kettle, toaster, rice cooker, slow cooker, Soda stream, mix master, sandwich toaster and an air fryer.
Rainwater is available onsite.
The bathroom has both a shower and a toilet and a second toilet is separate and isolated from the bathroom at the rear of the house.
A top loading washing machine is available for guest use with a clothesline in the backyard.
**A laundromat offering a full laundry service is just a few doors down from the house.**
Guests will be provided with both front and back door keys upon arrival from a key safe on the property.
Other than the locked attached carport, the entire house and yard is available for guest use.
There is secure off-street parking for a boat or trailer in the backyard with entry through double gates behind the carport.
Hosts will not always be available in person but can be telephoned or emailed when required.
Whilst hosts endeavour to respect guests privacy during stays, any blatant disregard of the few house rules will not be tolerated, with any damage or excessive cleaning billed to you.
