Fantastic, family beach side home with bushland views and situated within a few minutesâ walk to the beach. Two storey, four bedroom home located in the leafy and popular, Rainbow Shores.
This property has all the home comforts, along with the additional luxury of a large, heated outdoor spa. A short stroll via a bush track leading from the back garden will take you to the beautiful surf beach. Perfect for the family or a group of friends with two, separate living areas and plenty of space to relax and unwind.
Upstairs features:
* Master bedroom with king bed, dual access bathroom and air conditioning
* Second bedroom with two single beds
* Open plan kitchen, large lounge, dining area and sitting area with study nook
* Kitchen with dishwasher and microwave
* Lounge with TV and DVD player
* Sitting area with comfy couches
* Large deck/entertainment area with gas BBQ
* Eight seater table and chairs
* Outdoor heated spa
Downstairs features:
* Queen bedroom with air conditioning and dual access bathroom
* Second bedroom with two single beds
* Kitchenette with microwave, sink, bar fridge and cooktop
