Investigator Beach Breeze Apartments, located in Kingscote, close to shops and food options, is a small block of 3 x 2 bedroom apartments.
Kingscote is biggest town on the island, about an hours drive from Penneshaw. There is a supermarket, hardware store and various food and beverage options.
Investigator Beach Breeze Apartments, is a small, quiet, modern block of 3 ground floor apartments. The block has been freshly painted and features a luscious green garden. The outdoor area has been updated to include a shared barbecue area with a mini kitchen and outdoor bar and lounge area with a television on one side and a hot tub and outdoor shower on the other side.
There is free wifi throughout the and free on site & street parking available.
The apartments have also been updated on the interior, including fresh paint, new blinds, updated bathrooms and new, modern furniture. We have included internet ready televisions and streaming devices for your entertainment.

Hereâs a bit info about us and about our properties on KIâŠ.
Weâre a family of 5- Sean is Dad, Kirsty is Mum and the kids are Finnigan, Aobh and Rafferty (yes, Sean is Irish, hence the Irish names!). We live in the Western Suburbs of Adelaide and we own a cleaning company, OâSheaâs Organisation.
Sean has been a fan and frequent visitor to Kangaroo Island for many, many years. After immigrating from Ireland, Sean discovered KI through some friends and instantly fell in love with the way it captured the incredible beauty that remote parts of Australia offer (he is also a massive fan of Western Queensland and places such as Longreach).
After many hunting, camping and fishing trips, Sean purchased a block of land/ farm near Flinders Chase and for many years we made the journey over to camp as a familyâŠâŠ.. and we made some incredible memoriesâŠâŠ beach trips, camp fires, 4 wheel driving, fishing, long walks, yummy camp fire food, windy trips on the ferry and much, much more. This property has been named, âBush Marron Escapeâ.
Kirsty who also loves camping, but also loved the idea of a holiday house, used to check out the real estate in the front windows of the real estate agents in Dauncey Street in Kingscote. It was during a stop in Kingscote to visit the Rabbit Warren Bakery (Kirsty Loves this bakery), that Kirsty saw a shabby, small block of 3 units for sale in Kingscote.
Upon inspecting the units the kids almost died- they were in dire need of TLC. Kirsty could instantly see past the crazy mess to a sweet, neat, small block of units. So, they did what anyone would do and they went right ahead and purchased the block! This property has been named, âInvestigator Beach Breeze Apartmentsâ.
Most recently we have acquired a block of units at Baudin Beach, its a small neat block, of 3 units, located 300m from a beautiful, mostly untouched beach. This property has been named, âBaudin Beach Breeze Apartmentsâ.

We are a little 2 bedroom renovated holiday unit in the heart of Kingscote, close to all amenities and just down the road from the beach. A stay away from home, somewhere chilled out where you can relax and enjoy your break!
The fully functional kitchen includes oven, stove and microwave. Includes all pots and pans, cutlery, crockery and utensils. There are a few little treats like a toasted sandwich maker and milkshake maker. You will also find dishwashing liquid, sponges and tea towels.
We hope you enjoy lounging in our lounge! Featuring a comfy modular lounge suite, 58 inch TV, blue tooth speaker, Apple TV and PlayStation.
You will also find a small desk with basic stationery.
You will also find some games, DVDâs and books for your entertainment.
The bathroom has just been renovated! It features a brand new vanity, toilet and shower. And you will also find a hair dryer, soap, toilet paper and shampoo.
The laundry is complete with trough, washing machine and dryerâŠ. you will also find laundry detergent for your convenience. The washing line, is out the back under cover, access it through the rear door located in the laundry.
You will also find an ironing board and iron for your convenience.
The property is located close all services and amenities, including pubs, supermarket, swimming pool, chemist, hardware, medical centre and more.
