Tesoro del Mar offers a mix of rain forest, grand architecture and dedicated service. Beautiful pools, lush tropical gardens and multiple common areas create the perfect layout for large groups. Tesoro del Mar has a great vibe and a long list of repeat guests.



The villa is set back in a jungle canyon within the gated community of Sierra del Mar, less than 10 minutes south of Old Town Puerto Vallarta. Privacy and security add to the luxe nature experience.



Tesoro del Mar guests have access to the private beach gate at Playa Las Gemelas, a pleasant walk downhill to one of the prettiest beaches on the Bay of Banderas. The villa has portable beach chairs for guest use; the houseman will guide guests down the first time, show everyone where to go. Tesoro del Mar guests have priveleges at one of the condo pool bars on the beach, but lounges are reserved for condo residents. For the climb back up the hill to the villa, there are always taxis parked at the gated entrance to the subdivision.



Playa Las Gemelas is a must-see and part of the Tesoro del Mar package; don’t miss the hike down to this lovely beach while staying at this property. For further beach time, we recommend having the staff call taxis to take you to El Dorado Beach Club in Old Town, a 15 minute drive to lounges, umbrellas and wait staff at the center of Vallarta day-time culture, Los Muertos Beach.



The setting of Tesoro del Mar is the big draw; stately design and excellent floor plan that flows to outdoor living spaces featuring the Sierra del Mar eco-reserve and Vallarta’s sublime sunsets as a backdrop.
