The Neighborhood:
Beachfront Bliss is directly across the coastal road from Onetangi Beach, with no houses on the beach side of the road.
Beachfront dining options within the Onetangi area include Ki Māha, Charlie Farley’s and Three Seven Two.
Four Square Onetangi and Liquorland Onetangi are nearby for groceries, drinks and everyday supplies.
Vineyards and dining venues in the wider Onetangi area include Stonyridge, Tantalus Estate, Te Motu, Wild Estate, Casita Miro and The Heke.
Getting Around:
Regular buses run from Onetangi into Oneroa and continue on to the Matiatia passenger ferry, stopping near major wineries including Tantalus, Stonyridge, and The Heke. With a bus stop less than a minute’s walk from the house, exploring without a car is simple. Taxis are available but can be costly, so buses are a practical option. Onsite parking and car hire are available for guests who prefer to drive.
Other Things to Note:
This is a self-catered holiday home, not a fully catered stay. We provide a starter supply of essentials such as toilet paper, coffee, tea, and milk to help you settle in on arrival. Once these starter items have been used, guests are responsible for purchasing any additional supplies needed during their stay.
For properties with a fireplace, stays between 1 June and 30 September include a starter supply of firewood. Additional firewood can be purchased from local petrol stations, Woolworths, Four Square, and Mitre 10.
Beach towels are provided at this property x 4
Waiheke relies entirely on rainwater tanks, and water is a limited natural resource on the island. To support sustainable living and protect local supply, especially during the drier summer months, we ask guests to be mindful of their water use throughout their stay.
