Relax at our stunning 3-bedroom bungalow, with modern kitchen, 3 king beds (or twins) adjacent to the most beautiful beach in the Caribbean and pool/lounging area.

PLEASE NOTE: Treasure Cay is still recovering from Hurricane Dorian. There is no grocery store in TC, we suggest that you do a full grocery shop on arrival in Marsh Harbour.

*** The space ***
Step into the light-filled open-concept living/dining/kitchen area, which will feature all-new fixtures and finishes, including a 50" TV. The well-equipped modern kitchen with quartz countertops will be perfect for preparing gourmet meals at home or enjoying tasty take-out.

The primary bedroom will feature a king bed with ensuite bathroom & shower, while the second bedroom will offer the flexibility of either a comfy king bed or 2 twin beds, along with an ensuite bathroom with bath/shower.

The cottage will also have a flexible 3rd bedroom/den/playroom with a cozy single daybed that can be converted to 2 twin beds or a king, so you can lounge with a book in your own space or sleep 2 people in this room.

Outside, you can relax on the spacious patio with outdoor lounge area and dining table with a propane BBQ grill, perfect for outdoor gatherings. You'll have full access to your private beach cottage and patio space.

Just a few steps away, you can swim in the fresh-water pool, dive into the turquoise waters of the Sea of Abaco or stroll the 3.5-mile long spectacular beach. Don't miss the opportunity to have a sunset cocktail with fellow sun-seekers at the observation deck, overlooking the white sandy beach and ocean views.

***Guest access***
Sea Breeze Cottage is currently under a complete renovation and will be ready to rent in February 2024. The photos you see here are from our existing villa located nearby, the new villa will be similarly equipped and photos will be updated as soon as the renovation is complete.

There are currently 3 restaurants, Cafe La Florence and Pavillion Restaurant at the Bahama Beach Club and Sunset Pizza.

There are a few shops including a convenience store, a café/bakery and a small liquor store, all within a 5-minute stroll from your villa.

***Other things to note***
We can arrange additional services such as meal delivery, catering, private chef, boat hire, fishing expeditions, out-island excursions (swimming/feeding turtles, rays & pigs), snorkelling or scuba diving, local sea kayak rentals... all to enhance your stay.

Lastly, please be aware that as with any tropical island destination, you may experience some minor inconveniences such as occasional power outages, water pressure loss, or the odd insect (monthly treatments are done to mitigate this). However, rest assured that we are committed to making your vacation as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.

A pretty grouping of bungalows known as Beach Villas has beautifully-maintained flowers, gardens, shrubs and greenery throughout the area. Each villa has its own garden and private area to eat outside with your family and friends. There is parking if you rent a car and shops and restaurants are 5-10 minute walk away

Getting around:
Everything is walkable in Treasure Cay, though visitors might also want to rent a bicycle or a golf cart. We can arrange a taxi for your group for day-trips or for airport pickup. Let us know if you want to rent a car to go further afield.
