This Treasure Cay Abaco beach villa has been fully renovated and upgraded after hurricane Dorian. Villa has open concept and sleeps five. 1 Queen bed, 3 twin beds. Laundry Center, Central AC, Large showers, very close to pool and beach.
Our family of 5 had a wonderful stay. The owner was very responsive when we had a small water issue after check in. The problem was fixed quickly and we had a wonderful stay. The Villa is very close to the wonderful BVOA pool and beautiful beach. We also enjoyed Floâs bakery which was just across the street next to the marina and boat rental.
I like the fact that the island is not commercialized and feels natural in many ways. Prices of food and gas are very high but thatâs to be expected in a remote area
We had 5 adults and had plenty of room. We cooked in a few meals and kitchen was well stocked. Patio was nice in the morning for coffee. Very close to pool area and the beautiful beach! Great location after sailing for a week. Beach is amazing. We would stay here again!
I've been vacationing in Treasure Cay since the mid 80's and have never stayed at the Beach Villas to date. What a great place to stay! Everything from the accommodations, laundry area, and the proximity from the pool to the beach couldn't have been any better. Will definitely stay there again.
This condo is brand new with big rooms and an AC that can make the hot environment seem icey! The owner has even installed internet, something not easy to come by after Hurricane Dorian. The owner is in the process of furnishing the place a little better. Current furnishings and window treatments are lightweight and sparse but he has those on order. Would recommend the home especially for the price and central location. Bring your own pillow! He needs a few softer pillows. There are plenty of sheets and towels. Oh and we didnât use the laundry bc we didnât have a key but it is a luxury to have laundry facilities in Abaco.
My wife, myself, my brother and his wife just spent the month of February at Treasure Cay, Abaco, Bahamas. The Villa was located in the Beach Villas BVOC. We couldn't have asked for a better time. The owner of the Villa even stopped by to make sure that we had everything we needed. The first part of our stay was spent exploring Treasure Cay, sitting by the pool, walking the beautiful beach and relaxing. Most of Treasure Cay can be reached by walking or by golf cart. The last part of our stay we explored the northern and southern part of the island and spent some time on the out islands.
Everyone was so friendly and the entire community was very clean. Considering that the entire community was devastated by Hurricane Dorian just 4 years ago, it was remarkable how much work has already been completed. The entire island is clean and all of the trash has been removed and even the residences that have not been completed yet the grounds are clean with no debris. Many of the business are already up and running. Make it a point to visit La Florence bakery for her World Famous Cinnamon Buns, Coffee, Lunch Sandwiches, and let's not forget Pizza Thursday.
This was not our first trip to Abaco and Treasure Cay and it will not be our last.
We live in Florida near beaches and used to resorts like this. However the water in the Bahamas is amazing! The villa has everything you need and it's nice to save a little eating out every meal (bring groceries from Marsh Harbor as the minimart has basics).
Treasure Cay is a quiet little town still recovering from hurricane Dorian. It's great for 2 days, more if you're looking to be away longer.
Our stay was delightful. Although Abaco suffered from Dorian, the island is coming back in a big way. You will not be disappointed by the beauty, the hospitality, property. The host was responsive to our questions and the property was well appointed. We enjoyed our stay and will come back soon.
