Great place to stay for exploring the surrounding sights. The cottage is well equipped, tidy and clean and so warm and cosy on a cold night. Just 5 mins drive into Twizel, so handy for all amenities. Definitely recommend. Amy and Brooke are great hosts. đ
It was a pleasure to stay at this bach. The owners had obviously put a lot of thought and care into making this place comfortable and very easy to stay in. It was exceptionally clean, warm, comfortable and had everything we needed. This place rates as one of the best places we have stay in and we would love to return. Thank you to the host for being so generous and welcoming with all the little individual touches, making it a place to remember. We highly recommend it.
We wouldn't have any hesitation to recommend this property. It is a unique, spacious, comfortable well equipped accommodation with a great outdoor space. Quiet location. There's a very pleasant 30 minute walk into town along the river.
No significant problems, but curtains in the bedrooms (small windows) would have been appreciated. We couldn't find any coat hangers!
It was a lovely place to stay, very peaceful and tranquil and as I was doing business in Twizel it was nice to come back and relax there in the evenings.
Just a couple of recommendations :
a curtain over the bedroom top window would be good, there was no iron and a shaving mirror in the bathroom would be helpful as the mirror is on the opposite wall.
Otherwise, absolutely no complaints. I would definitely stay there again.
