This relaxing home located just a 7 minute walk to the beach, playground, skate park and village, is ideal for families, offering enough space to spread out and relax and all the essential comforts you need to sleep and entertain 8 people.

Set in a leafy garden, this beach retreat is perfect for families with young children and those wanting to bring their pets. With ample spaces for the kids to play and explore, the family is sure to love it. The master bedroom has a queen bed and ensuite, the second bedroom has a queen bed and the third bedroom has 2 bunk beds, suitable for children. Take a short stroll down the road and you will end up at the Copacabana Lagoon and from here it"s an easy walk onto the beach. Welcome to explore for yourselves!

Please note, there is a SMART TV in the house, but no TV aerial. This is perfect for digital viewing or logging into your personal Netflix account.

Great family holiday accommodation

Beautiful location all facilities available, close to beach. Driveway a bit steep but otherwise great.

Enjoyable 5 days stay.

This is a good basic house with well equipped kitchen and comforts of home. The balcony out front is a great place to chill. If have kids - toys and books abound but need a gate for staircase! We had a fun 5 days over Xmas and made it work for us. Very steep driveway that was an issue for some of our friends plus carting 15-month-old twins up and down

Family and dog friendly stay in copacabana

Great property for our family (1yo + parents + 2 grandparents). Lots of kids toys to play with and well laid out. Not far from the beach but up a steep hill so we ended up driving (no problem as plenty of parking but worth noting). House is pretty well kitted out with high quality fisher + paykel appliances. Also has a Weber Q bbq. Worked great for us - really enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful large home in peaceful area

Beautiful two storey house in the trees. Quick beach access by foot, nice play area for little kids. Need to be mindful that the home is on a sharp incline so not for anyone with mobility issues if they want to walk out of the home. Also a bit tricky to park depending on the car.

Lovely weekend away

We had a lovely weekend stay at this house. The kitchen was well equipped, the house was very clean and house really comfortable. The know ds loved the bunk beds, books and toys. We loved the bush outlook from the lounge and dining room. The fully secured yard was great for our dog. It was our first stay in Copacabana and we loved the beach for the kids and huge off leash section for dogs. The woodfire pizza from Lady Copa was fantastic and the local shops had everything we needed. We'll definitely be back!

Excellent for families

We stayed with 3 generations. This place is ideal with a bedroom downstairs and parents and children’s bedroom upstairs. Plea to of books and games for the little ones are supplied. Small but nice backyard for the dog. The only downside is a very steep driveway.

Tree Tops

Great view from the balcony, delicious bakery near the estate agent. Andrew the agent was very friendly and helpful and we thoroughly enjoyed our weekend break here.

Beautiful Copacabana

Every moment was pleasant! This house is in such a great location, close to the beach and the locals were very friendly. It was such a great house to take the family too as it provides bunk beds and so many toys to keep the young ones entertained. We were worried about the listing saying no TV but there was a little one in the lounge room which kept the kids entertained while cooking dinner. The kitchen had over and beyond the utensils you would need which was super convenient. Would definitely recommend this property.

A peaceful gem in the tree tops. A perfect family getaway close to the beach. Cheerful and tranquil!

Our family of five had a memorable time at this gem of a rental. It has everything you need, especially if you have children; from an open play space with wooden toys, a book nook and endless games for young and old to connect over a board game when you're not down at the beach. It's the perfect place to escape city life. You feel like you are in the tree tops as you gaze out any window. It's such a serene house with a positive vibe. The decor is cheery and it has everything you need from laundry facility to full kitchen set up. The beaches are lovely; both Copacabana and MacMaster's. We also saw how dog friendly the area is too with a separate beach for them as well, so would be great to bring our pooch with us next time. Literally the place to go for the whole family. Terrigal is a short drive away with a vibrant, small town feel night life with some great places to eat or stroll around with an ice-cream on a hot summer's night. We devoured pizza at Four Hands and saved room for their decadent desserts. We had an awesome holiday all around. You won't be disappointed with this rental and we would definitely book this cosy beach retreat again!
