Capricorn Dancer is an absolute beauty and Mel an amazing host.It was only myself and my husband staying but this house is perfect for families with children and/or fur babies.Mel has anticipated your every need. From pet needs and toys, pool and beach equipment to a multitude of games and books, not to mention the well stocked pantry and kitchen appliances and the laundry cupboard stocked with items for wet weather, insect deterrent and much more. This is not your average bnb to say the least.To say Capricorn Dancer and Mel exceeded our expectations is an understatement.Thank you for everything Mel we can't wait to stay again.

The place was lovely and actually better than the photos. Just a very short walk to a beautiful beach. So much attention to detail and thoughtfulness has been put into this property. It had everything we were looking for and more. Great secured yard for pets and young kids. Highly recommended

Great house for the family, including for the dog. The amount of equipment and activities provided was amazing, and the kitchen was extremely well stocked, with great saucepans and knives, and ample crockery. Communication with the host was timely and comprehensive, and we felt very looked after. Very happy we chose to stay here.

Our stay and host was wonderful!!! Mel went well beyond what we expected. The house was outstanding, the small touches of things I would have forgotten were all supplied. The kids had a ball and did not want to leave. Definitely would stay again.

Great Stay

Mel was amazing from the time of booking right through to check out.Communication was plenty and quick.It was truly home away from home. Clean and anything you would normal find in your own home was there for us.

Best holiday home ever!

This house is next level. From the ultra comfy beds, double decks with loungers and massive BBQ, sparkling pool to cool breezeway. Incredibly well stocked with everything.

Great House, Great Location

This is a wonderful property in a quiet peaceful location that is also close to a dog-friendly beach. The house is beautifully appointed and maintained and the communication and assistance from the property hosts was first-class. We've stayed here before and will definitely be returning. Perfect place to relax and unwind.

Comfort plus!

The property is well designed with separate spaces that can be used for downtime for different family members. The kitchen is very generously stocked with basics as well as treats. Check in was fast and simple.

Best Holiday House with superb Hosts

This house was beyond our expectations. The level of detail the owners/hosts have put into this property is amazing. The styling of the house is beautiful. My child loved all the toys and we loved the boardgames. They really have thought of everything. We will definitely be staying here again!

Home away from home

Very generous food and drink extras. Well appointed house with everything you could wish for. Profits going to a great cause. Host was prompt to respond about any questions we had. Lovely quiet location with dog friendly beach close by. Highly recommend.

What a lovely house in a perfect spot for us and our dogs. The place was stunning and it had absolutely everything, and I mean everything! that you could possibly want to make your stay comfortable. The location is perfect, so close to the beach. The house is beautifully appointed and in superb condition and the layout is lovely. So many little extras we didn’t expect. Communication from the hostess was excellent. Just superlative and highly recommended

Capricorn Dancer 5 Stars!

Our family loved our stay at Capricorn Dancer! The hosts clearly know what guests want and caters for everyone. The selection of games, books, linen, provisions and just the overall coastal vibe of the place was great. Loved it! The house is in a great location in a quiet street that is walking distance to the beach. We found that the house functioned perfectly for our family. We are looking forward to visiting again!

Wow!! A beautiful house with great access to the beach and amenities. Our family and fur babies thoroughly enjoyed our holiday. They provided all those little things that make your stay that much better. They thought of everything and kept in touch to ensure we had everything we needed. We are planning on returning soon.

Amazing! This was one of the most relaxing getaways we’ve had in a long time. Mel was an absolute pleasure to communicate with, and the property was perfect — from the beautiful design to the delicious gift hampers waiting on arrival.The beds were like sleeping on clouds, and the sound of the ocean nearby made for incredible rest… even with a 5-month-old! The beach is just a short stroll away, and on the days we didn’t feel up to heading down, the pool was the perfect alternative.Our doggo absolutely loved his stay, and it was so refreshing to be somewhere truly pet-friendly. We really appreciated all the thoughtful touches — the pet box, beach chairs and wagon, pool toys, and the little luxuries like dental kits (we forgot our toothbrush!), body wash, shampoo and conditioner.We were also impacted by the recent storms that hit Bribie, and Mel was so kind and accommodating with date changes and support.Thank you for creating such a magical space, Mel. We are locals and cant wait to come back!
