Great stay

The house was well stocked and the beds were very comfortable. It was so nice having a hot tub after the ski days!

Great base for the wider area

The house was fantastic. Had everything we needed. Plus the views were phenomenal, especially from the large upstairs bedroom looking out over the town. Plus with Safeways just a 5 minute walk, plus buses to Winter Park just a stones throw away we couldn’t have asked for more.

Good option for a condo near Winterpark

We enjoyed our stay. It provided enough space for our family of 4 to each have our own bedroom and bathroom. Having the hot tub was another nice amenity. FYI if you are a light sleeper there is a train that blows a very loud horn around 3 AM every night. Obviously to no fault of the owners. Also the bus that takes you to the mountain is kind of far away and you will be on the bus for around a half hour or so. The management company did allow for early checkin and late checkout which was very nice and helpful.

Fantastic Stay

Group of three young-adults stayed in the property for 16 days. The location and property are amazing. Even better than pictures show. Would recommend to anyone.

We had a wonderful time in a fantastic home. The unit was very clean, well stocked and the owners were excellent to work with. We’re definitely coming back.

Cozy home for snow fun!

We loved this condo! We are two Florida couples with two teenage sons, and this was our first ski vacation. The condo is very comfortable and close to the Winter Park resort. We were in the hot tub every evening and used the free shuttle to the resort. We loved the Fraser giving hill right across the street. The Safeway is just down the hill, and we had great pizza at Hernando's. We cooked several meals in the well-appointed kitchen and enjoyed the snowy views and cozy gas fireplace. Plenty of bathrooms and space. We packed light and did a couple of loads of laundry. Being from Florida, we didn't really understand the value of the heated garage until we got there. We were really glad to have it as it snowed a lot the week we were there. We'd definitely stay here again.

Family get away

Very nice place, easy to get to and located close to everything. We enjoyed the hot tub after a log day riding down hill on trestle. Very nice to have a garage to store bikes in while we were not using them. Owners were very accommodating. Hope to visit again soon.

Great location!

It was a great location. You were close to everything- fishing, hiking, grand lake is not to far away. Check in was a breeze. Great communication! Shawn answered all my questions. Thanks again! We had a great time.

Great place to stay

The place was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed to have a great time. Having a hot tub around after a long hard day on the mountain was a definite plus. Owners were very prompt with replies and also very accommodating - overall a great place to stay.

Great place, lovely owners, and nice location

We loved our Christmas visit. The house was 5 minutes from everything we wanted to see and do. The owners were lovely and very helpful with questions. They left many little things for us that were very helpful when we forgot them. We highly recommend the house.

Great home!

Fantastic, updated and modern home close to Winter Park. Easy access to the slopes on bus or by self-driving. Nice and spacious - plenty of room for our family to spread out. Home has just about everything you need to prepare meals. Private hot tub and heated garage were a nice perk after a day on the slopes. There is no access to the house from inside the garage, you have to go back outside and up the stairs. Not a problem, just sharing the info. Loved this place!

Excellent Rental!

We rent in Winter Park several times a year. This is one of the nicest rentals we have had the pleasure to stay in. For the price, I'm not sure you would find anything better. Our party consisted of one couple and a family of three. The downstairs bdrm/bathrm was perfect for the couple while the family of three took over the two bedrooms on the third level. Very well appointed and clean. The hot tub was well maintained and clean. Lots of room in the common areas for all of us. Lots of extras - family games, movies, extra pillows, plenty of linens. The owners are quick to respond in booking your reservation and get you everything you need in a timely manner. I have to admit, I almost did not rent this property because the security deposit was a bit higher than I am used to paying in WP ($500). Ultimately, I am really glad we rented. Our security deposit was refunded quickly. This townhome will definitely stay on our list for future rentals!

Great location and perfect space.

We loved the location of this nice town home. Great to have a garage and hot tub to our selves. Very convenient to Winter Park ski area, Safeway and restaurants. Nice well stocked and clean home with great views. Very comfortable and VERY roomy for our family of four.

Great Condo, great location with all the amenties

We had a lovely stay in this condo over Christmas 2016. The layout was great for three families. The location was great with views of the mountains and tubing hill. It was also very convenient to the grocery store, Granby and Winter Park. With three little kids we stayed in and cooked most of the time and the kitchen was more than adequately stocked with everything we needed.The heated floor in the kitchen was also a very nice plus. It was very convenient to have a washer and dryer and we all took advantage of this amenity. The hot tub was also fun and magical during the snow fall. There were plenty of towels designated just for the hot tub. As you can tell by my comments the condo was well equipped with everything we needed. The special touches made it very comfortable and made us feel welcome and at home during our stay. They even put up a few Christmas decorations and a small tree which was much appreciated and enjoyed by the children. Our stay was very enjoyable and we would recommend this condo and stay there again if we are in the area.
