The Space:
Welcome to Majestic Mountain-View Retreat in the stunning Wanaka region. With two ensuite bedrooms, this stylish retreat ensures privacy and comfort for all guests.

Situated against a backdrop of majestic mountain views, your days will begin and end with breathtaking vistas. For those who love adventure, the skate park and pump track are just a stone's throw away, offering endless thrills. Enjoy the recreation and BBQ area over the road and the Clutha River walkway/bike track just a few of minutes away.

If you're seeking culinary delights and a vibrant atmosphere, a short walk will take you to the Hello Ranger Cafe and Bar. When it's time to explore further, a 5-minute drive will lead you to the heart of town and the tranquil lakeside.

Step out onto your private balcony to take in the grandeur of the surrounding mountains – the perfect backdrop for morning coffee or evening cocktails.

Inside, you'll find our apartment offers comfortable beds, ensuring a restful night's sleep. Indulge in the luxury and modern amenities that this home provides, making it the perfect base for your Wanaka adventure. Welcome to your ultimate getaway in this picturesque corner of New Zealand.

This stunning New apartments has 2 bedrooms each with ensuite:
Bedroom 1: 1 King Bed
Bedroom 2: 1 King Bed. Our flexible bed configuration allows for the option to have 2 single beds upon request, with a fee applicable for this customization.

***Portable cot with bedding and portable highchair available for hire at an additional cost***

This is self-catering accommodation however for your convenience, we will get you started with a few rolls of toilet paper, hand soap, dishwashing liquid and dishwasher detergent along with a couple of tea towels, dishcloth, 2 bin liners and laundry liquid. We use only eco-friendly cleaning products. Sheets and towels are provided. We recommend you bring your own beach towels.

Interaction with Guests:
Wanaka Holiday Homes office hours are Monday to Friday: 8am to 5pm and Saturday: 9am to 2pm. We are available after hours for urgent matters. You will be provided with arrival instructions one week prior to arrival. This is self catering holiday home accommodation. We provide sheets and towels but you will need to bring you own personal supplies.

Great communication and accommodative owner

Great communication with host and they were very kind and accommodative when family got sick with Northlake and late check outs. Apartment location is in Northlake so close drive to amenities but not walkable. Convenience store below and great Pilates below. Apartment is new and owners responded to defects quickly. Could be better equipped in the kitchen but otherwise had a great stay.

Three things that would have improved our stay: 1: heating in the bedrooms 2. Electric blankets on beds 3. Instructions for floor heating in bathrooms The instructions for locating the unit were poor.

Thank you for your feedback. The apartment is brand new and very warm and comfortable. We regret that you experienced any discomfort due to the temperature. If we had been aware, we would have promptly provided additional heaters. As part of our commitment to guest safety, we no longer use electric blankets. Regarding arrival instructions, we send detailed information one week prior to your stay and a reminder text on the morning of your arrival. Additionally, our team is available by phone 24/7 to assist with any concerns and ensure a pleasant stay. We appreciate your input and hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back in the future.

New, clean, modern, pleasant stay

The unit is exactly as shown in the gallery. It is new, clean, modern, beautiful, and very comfortable. The peaceful out of town location and the nearby Hello Ranger cafe are also one of the many things that we like about the place. We had difficulty locating the unit to check in however as the GPS only stopped short at the junction and the street number was just nowhere to be seen. For the benefit of future guests, the unit is exactly on top of the ‘On the Spot’ supermarket and the key lockbox is on the side of the building in the car park area. We loved our time in the unit and would recommend it to other guests ;-))

Wonderful

The unit was just as described! The check in was a little confusing. The buildings do not have numbers in the area so the key was in a concrete structure across from the stop and go. The email said to look for a concrete building not a concrete structure. After traveling 20 hours we were a little rummy and ask some people leaving a restaurant to help us find the building. Once we realized it was the concrete structure that also housed the trash and recycling it was easy. A picture of the structure in the email would be helpful. The upside was that we met some really nice people!
