Neighborhood
-Located at the town end of Fernhill, Red Peaks offers convenience and tranquility.
-150m west are the Fernhill Dairy, the famous Chur Fish & Chip Shop, Lokal Kitchen & Bar, and Nest Kitchen + Bar.
-50m east is the bus stop, and 250m further is Fernhill Reserve with a playground, picnic area, and access to the Fernhill walking tracks and Wynyard Bike Park.
Access
-Guests have full private access to the entire house and garden, including a large lockable storage shed ideal for bikes, ski gear, and golf clubs.
The Space
Red Peaks is light, warm, and comfortable with fresh interiors throughout.
The open-plan living and dining area captures all-day sun and beautiful lake and mountain views. A cozy reading nook under the stairs with a sheepskin beanbag is perfect for relaxing with a book.
The dining area opens onto a newly built deck with BBQ, outdoor dining, casual seating, and stunning views. The landscaped garden below provides additional space to relax and play.
The fully equipped kitchen includes four bar stools and both Nespresso and filter coffee machines. A laundry room sits adjacent with access to the backyard and storage shed.
The downstairs master bedroom features a king bed, lake views, and a nearby renovated bathroom with freestanding bath. Upstairs are two bedrooms with king beds that can be split into singles on request, desk spaces with lake views, and a second bathroom.
Two single beds in the upstairs landing area are available by prior arrangement only. With flexible configurations, up to 8 guests can have their own beds if required.

Notes
-Large secure storage shed with power and lighting, suitable for up to 8 bikes or ski gear, including e-bike charging.
-Covered off-street parking is provided with one carport space and one driveway space.
-Public transport costs $2.50 per adult with a Bee Card. Cards are available at the airport, iSite Visitor Centre, or on the bus (cash only).
-Internal stairs are steeper than usual and the garden is unfenced, so supervision is required for young children.
-Portacot and highchair hire is available on request.
House Rules:
-No parties, loud music, or antisocial behaviour.
-Outdoor areas not to be used between 10pm and 7am.
-BBQ must be cleaned after use.
-No smoking inside. No drones.
-Minimum booking age is 25 years and the booker must be staying.
-House to be left tidy with rubbish in bins provided.
-Upstairs single beds must not be used unless pre-booked.
