Proudly hosted by Island Rentals of Hilton Head, this charming second-floor villa offers the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and an unbeatable location in the heart of South Forest Beach. This cozy 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom retreat spans approximately 900 square feet and comfortably sleeps up to four guests, making it ideal for couples, small families, or friends looking for a relaxing island getaway.

Inside, the villa features a welcoming and thoughtfully designed layout with one queen bed and two twin beds, ensuring a restful night’s sleep after a day of exploring Hilton Head Island. Each bedroom includes its own TV, giving everyone a private space to unwind and recharge. The open living area provides a comfortable spot to relax, while the nearby community pool—just steps from your front door and open from April through September—offers the perfect place for a refreshing swim on warm island days.

Location is everything here. A scenic beach path is just moments away, leading you straight to the beautiful Atlantic shoreline for sunrises, beach walks, and days spent soaking up the coastal breeze. You’ll also be within easy walking distance of the vibrant Coligny Plaza and Circle Center, home to more than 100 shops, restaurants, and entertainment options.

To make exploring even easier, your stay includes four complimentary adult bicycles from South Beach Bike Rentals and four beach chairs, so you can cruise the island’s famous bike paths, head to the beach, or ride into Coligny for ice cream, shopping, or dinner without ever needing the car.

disappointing

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was as pictured. But, what we could not see in the pictures is that all of the mattresses were VERY uncomfortable (we know b/c we tried different beds in an attempt to find a comfortable one). The loveseat in the living room is also VERY uncomfortable. Both bedrooms have slat type blinds that do a poor job of blocking light and there is a bright light outside of the condo that keeps the bedrooms lit up throughout the night. On the positive side, the kitchen was well outfitted, the water pressure was good and the water was hot.

Not recommended for seniors

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very unhappy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Not for Seniors. Not within walking distance to anything. On second floor, can't walk stairs, saw roaches. Had to go to another hotel for last two days ( extra $$$).

So sorry to hear that you didn't enjoy your stay. I did go in and add that the villa is located on the second floor as that is an important detail to have. We hope you'll come back and stay with us again in a more comfortable location!

Reviewer Comments: This unit had all amenities needed for a family ... beach accessories, bicycles, etc. Kitchen very well stocked.balcony with rocking chairs were very comfortable. Unfortunately there was a very unpleasant smell in the unit. A musty, damp, mouldy smell. Very very difficult to ignore. Bought odour eaters and Lysol but all furniture, rugs, linen, curtains were impregnated with the odour.Loved the floor plan but was not pleasant to stay in, even with windows open.

Thank you for your feedback. I wish you would have contacted us regarding this issue. We have never had any previous complaints of any odor in the unit. We have had a full inspection done of all ductwork and HVAC and had the unit tested for mold with no issues found.
