With multiple balconies and lanais, including two overlooking Tampa Bay, this is the Reel Deal. Lovely outdoor spaces, spacious living areas, and a gorgeous pool and backyard on a canal! What more could you ask for?

The main living level features 3 bedrooms, two with a king bed and the third with a twin bed and a triple twin bunkbed. The remaining two bedrooms are located on the third floor. Each bedroom includes a TV and crisp linens and plush towels from our professional linen company.

Your guests will stay connected with complimentary WIFI and enjoy all of the comforts of home, including a washer and dryer.

A sparkling, heated pool with pool loungers, and an outdoor shower are highlights of the main pool level. The covered poolside lounge area includes a TV. Additional outdoor amenties include a gas grill and outdoor patio dining table for eight.

Guests will love the ping pong table and corn hole set and relaxing on the private dock on one of AMI's gorgeous canals. Paddleboards and Kayaks can be easily launched from the dock. .

Reel Deal is easy walking distance to the many shops and restaurants of Pine Ave. The free island trolley stops at the AMI City Pier and travels the entire length of the 7 miles of the island. Hop on and off at your leisure and explore shopping, dining and the beaches. The perfect location for your next beach vacation.

The dock is perfect for launching kayaks and paddleboards but is not long enough for boats. The water is also too shallow to dock a boat.

Anna Maria Life Vacation Rentals will charge your credit card for your deposit payment. You will also see a separate charge by VRBO for their service fee.

Your final balance is due 60 days prior to your arrival date. We will send you a final payment reminder 90 days prior to arrival. We do not automatically charge your card for your final balance.

The instructions for making your final payment will be included in your final payment reminder.
