Cozy House w/Heated Indoor Pool!

Summary:
Township Registration # 010324. Max. Occupancy is 18. **This is NOT a Loud Party House. No outside music after 10pm at night. We have a min age requirement of 27 y/o. Thank you for your consideration :)** This wonderful lodge is located in Long Pond. The house has 8 bedrooms; 3 on the main floor and 5 downstairs. This cozy home has an INDOOR HEATED pool, a deck with a grill, a game room with a pool table and ping pong table, two fireplaces (one wood-burning, one electrical), 2 55" TVs, a fire pit and it is perfect for large groups.

The Space:
** $1,000 fine if there is a police report filed about excessive noise/disorderly conduct (had this happen before)
** If you are only booking one weekend night (Fri or Sat), the 2nd night will be added at weekend rates **
** we provide linens and towels
** we provide propane**
**you need to bring firewood for the firepit/fireplace**
**we only provide INITIAL supply of toilet paper, paper towels and trash bags. Please bring extra.

Look no further! Our beautiful vacation home will exceed your expectations! Keyless entry! Our home features a kitchen, two fireplaces (one upstairs and one downstairs), two TVs (55 inch), Netflix, a gas grill, a firepit, a game room with the pool table and ping pong table. There are 8 bedrooms; 3 on the main floor (all have a queen bed + 2 of them have bunk beds as well) and 5 downstairs (3 w/queen beds and 2 w/full size bunk beds).The house has 4 bathrooms - 3 on the main floor and 1 on the lower level. The house has a deck with the propane grill and outdoor furniture.

Other Things to Note:
* No Outside Music after 10pm. We do have neighbors who can hear you. If the police report is filed for excessive noise, you will be charged $1,000 fine. Feel free to have music inside the house.
* We require our guests to sign a rental agreement and send us a copy of their ID (only the person who is signing) before the commencement of the stay.
* Min age for adult guests: 27 y/o
*Pets are $100 extra with owner's approval*
* Parking: the driveway holds 6 cars. Please consolidate cars to avoid bringing more. If that absolutely cannot be avoided, please contact us - we might work something out for additional 1, maybe 2 cars.
* Our weekly rentals are Fri-Fri or Sun-Sun, please don't book Sat-Sat
* If only one of the booked night is Fri/Sat, a weekend rate would apply to one additional day
