A tropical home built around a heated** pool, Shark Tales brings the tropics to you with swaying palm trees, thoughtful architecture, and white sand beaches nearby. This home is thoughtfully laid out to fit your entire family comfortably.

Shark Tales boasts a first-floor grill near the pool, a spacious kitchen, an open-concept living area, and outdoor games. Renew your senses in the private pool with palm trees overhead. Shark Tales’s backyard creates the perfect backdrop for a small wedding* or family experience the kids and adults will cherish forever!

You can walk or take the golf cart to nearby shopping, beach restaurants, groceries, and family activities in Miramar Beach. The beach access has a large parking lot, restrooms, a tiki bar, and the world-famous Pompano Joe’s restaurant. The gated neighborhood also has a community pool that can be enjoyed by guests staying here. Destin and its fishing harbor, waterpark, and more are short distances away.

Our Destin properties have exceptional cleaning standards. All linens are cleaned and changed out after every guest!

King Room with private bathroom (sleeps 2), Living Room, Kitchen, Half Bathroom, and Laundry Room. Fenced-in backyard with pool.
Second floor: Sleeps 6
King Room with private bathroom (sleeps 2), King Room (sleeps 2) with Jack N’ Jill bathroom that connects to an additional King Room (sleeps 2).
Third floor: Sleeps 6
Queen Room (sleeps 2), with Jack N’ Jill bathroom that connects to a bedroom with Queen Sleeper Sofa (sleeps 2). Open loft space with Twin over Twin bunk beds (sleeps 2).

A golf cart and four beach chairs are provided for your convenience. We also offer discounts on bicycles and golf cart rentals.

The parking pad can accommodate up to five standard-size vehicles. There is no parking on the grass or elsewhere in the neighborhood. Scooters, trailers, oversized vehicles, RVs, and motorcycles are strictly prohibited in the community.

We provide high-thread count linens and a starter set of toiletries, detergent, and soaps. Additional items needed are the guest’s responsibility.

Check-In and Check-Out times are strictly enforced since our maintenance crew and cleaners will occupy the parking spots from 10 AM - 4 PM. There is a minimum fee of $200 for leaving after the posted time because this prohibits the staff from completing the job and will interrupt the next guest’s vacation.

*Weddings/Events – If held on the property, an additional $500.00 event fee is required*

**The pool can be heated from October 1 - May 30 for an additional daily fee. The heated pool must be requested at least three days before arrival to ensure it is on and operational.**

Please note before booking this property:

AGE REQUIREMENT – Spring Break college groups are not allowed. No reservations will be made to students or singles under the age of twenty-five (25). One (1) guardian of twenty-five years or older is required for every four (4) singles under the age of twenty-five. Guardians must accompany anyone under the age of twenty-five (25) at all times and be present during check-in. Underage drinking and/or partying are not allowed in any of the rental units. Non-compliance with these rules and regulations will result in immediate eviction with no return of any and all payments made.

No Pets Allowed: **This property is NOT pet friendly. Please note: if we find an unauthorized pet in the home, we will ask for it to be removed immediately and charged an additional Non-Refundable fee of $500.00 and in some cases can be up to $1,000.00

This property is a smoke-free facility. No smoking is allowed anywhere on the property including balconies and common areas. Violations will result in forfeiture of your stay.

Destin We provide a complimentary starter set of paper products, toiletries and linens. Additional items will be the guest’s responsibility to purchase.

Please Note: In lieu of security deposits and booking fees, each LoveRentals booking includes LoveRentals Protect, a limited property protection plan, to provide peace of mind to both our guests and homeowners. The fee for LoveRentals Protect is applied to each booking and covers up to $10,000.00 in contents damage protection and up to $1,000,000.00 in real property protection.
