Nous sommes une famille Rhinebeck avec des liens avec la région depuis de nombreuses années. Nous serions ravis de vous donner des conseils d'initiés et des favoris locaux pour vous assurer que votre temps ici est parfait. Ce condo spacieux avec toutes les commodités de la maison est une question d'emplacement.

Il se trouve à 1/4 mile à pied du centre du village de Rhinebeck et à 1/2 mile à pied du parc des expositions Dutchess County Fairgrounds. La ville historique de Rhinebeck possède de nombreux restaurants parmi lesquels choisir. Ces endroits vont de la mode, du haut de gamme au confort chaleureux. Profitez du pittoresque lac du village et des tables de pique-nique - à seulement deux pâtés de maisons du condo. Parcourez les magasins locaux et visitez les nombreuses maisons historiques à proximité. (Wilderstein, Staatsburg State Park / Mills Mansion, FDR's home and Presidential Library, Vanderbilt mansion, Val-Kil and Clermont)

Il s'agit d'un court trajet en taxi de la station Rhinecliff Amtrak RR (environ 10 $ l'aller simple). Les autres attractions locales incluent l'aérodrome d'Old Rhinebeck, la forêt de Ferncliff et le Bard College. Un trajet de quinze minutes vous amènera à la passerelle sur l'Hudson, le plus long pont piétonnier (plus d'un mile) et 212 pieds au-dessus de la rivière Hudson; le Culinary Arts Institute (CIA) avec ses célèbres restaurants gérés par des étudiants et le Marist College.

Il y a deux niveaux dans ce condo de style maison de ville! Le premier étage a tous les planchers de bois franc, avec un grand salon ouvert qui se connecte à la cuisine, parfait pour se détendre et se divertir. Les portes de la cuisine mènent à un petit patio en pierre pour profiter de votre café du matin. Il y a aussi une salle d'eau avec laveuse / sécheuse.

Le deuxième étage est recouvert de moquette, avec deux chambres et une salle de bain complète récemment rénovée. La première chambre a un lit queen size. La deuxième chambre a un lit double avec des portes françaises qui mènent au balcon.

Comfortable and clean condo

We had a very nice and relaxing stay in Donna's condo. The condo is equipped with everything you would need and is within walking distance to the village of Rhinebeck. It is clean and comfortable and in a great location. We look forward to staying again while visiting family.

Great location!

We had a fantastic stay. The house was just a 6 min walk to downtown. accommodations were as advertised. Everything was clean and felt just like home! Thank you Donna for making our weekend getaway a great success. We will definitely be back.

Great location and great host

The home is comfortable and a short walk or bike ride into Rhinebeck. There is a lot to see and do nearby. We enjoyed dinner at the Culinary Institute, road our bikes on the Walking Bridge over the Hudson, toured the Mills mansion and spent hours at FDR’s library and home. Donna is a great host who gave us lots of ideas for our stay and left us lovely welcome gifts - involving chocolate!

Great Location

Donna’s condo not only had everything that we could possibly need, it also was centrally located. We could easily walk to downtown Rhinebeck or take a short drive to the historic sites in Hyde Park. Donna responded immediately to a couple of minor questions. We would definitely book this condo again.

Comfy and Cozy get away

Property was just as indicated on the website. So nice to have no surprises! Great location to town. My only comment would be to make the outdoor seating a little more comfortable. All in all, we had a wonderful time!

Beautiful condo, great rental experience

This condo was a perfect place for our trip to the NY Sheep and Wool Festival in Rhinebeck. It’s a very nice, comfortable, and clean place. Donna went out of her way to get us set up for four guests. Communication about questions during our visit was very fast and helpful. Very close to great restaurants and shopping in the village and we could walk to the festival. Highly recommend!

Lovely spacious home walking distance to restaurants and shops

We had a great time in this lovely home and enjoyed walking into Rhinebeck for dinner and cocktails. My daughter really enjoyed running up the back road to Wilderstein and we both loved exploring the small towns of Dutchess County. Donna was wonderful about communicating and her house is welcoming and spotless. We'll be back!

Country Fair Weekend

We were 2 couples going to a fair in Rhinebeck, NY and stayed in this condo. It was beautiful! But not only that it was spotless and very well equipped! Only problem we had was getting the tv turned on...but we figured it out, lol. Had a wonderful time and would certainly stay again!

All Around Amazing!

This property was everything we were looking for and Donna was a dream host. We came to Rhinebeck for a short stay to run the Fall Foliage Half Marathon. Donna's condo was the perfect spot - clean, comfy, and conveniently located to everything Rhinebeck has to offer. Perfect homebase - lots of hiking just a few short minutes away. Can walk to town to enjoy the restaurants and shops. Donna was a gracious host, and she made everything so easy. Highly recommend!

Just Great!

My adult daughters and I fully enjoyed this lovely townhome--the description is on point. It had all of the comforts of home, was very clean, lots of space and very quiet. The location is perfect for touring all the sites in Rhinebeck, Hyde Park and surrounding areas. Donna is so helpful and easy to reach. We have been staying in vacation rentals all around the world for more than 20 years and this home is up there as one of our favorites.

Can’t say enough about this rental. Comfortable and cozy. Owner was easy to communicate with and always quick to respond. Nice, quick walk to town. Sweet gift on arrival and lovely other touches throughout the home. Some road noise, but minor. I would definitely rent again. Thank you

Mixed experience

This townhome has many pros and a few cons, so I'm writing this review to try to honestly reflect both. Check in was simple and the owner was lovely, immediately responsive, and accommodating. The townhome is in a great location, walking distance to town. It is very well-suited for 2 -4 people with 2 bedrooms, comfortable beds and linens, and has 2 bathrooms with ample, high quality towels. Donna (owner) was very generous leaving us a gift and personal note on the counter of a bottle of wine and box of chocolates. It also has a small washer/dryer and full kitchen. The primary con is that there was a bad odor in the living room when we entered the unit, the floors had not been mopped in a long time and were very dirty (I have photos), and the surfaces (e.g., countertops, tables) had not been cleaned (they had a thin film of dirt on them and windowsills had many dead bugs). On the positive side, for the next renters, I purchased a Swiffer mop immediately and wet mopped all of the floors, and also dusted & cleaned all of the counters, sills, & surfaces. I emailed this feedback to Donna and she offered me the option of checking out early with a refund. I was very grateful for her professionalism, given that I was traveling with an elderly parent who was not comfortable with the cleanliness of the home. Although I'm explaining our experience in detail, I'm confident in Donna's commitment to her rental property and that she will do a deeper cleaning in the future.

Amazing Stay in Rhinebeck

2 Asher Road was just a wonderful experience. Beautiful condo for our family. My husband was totally amazed at the quality of the construction of the home. The many “little extras” were a special touch too. Would not change a thing. Bees were our only issue. If we would have been experiencing a typical fall weekend, they would probably not have been a problem either. October should be jeans and sweaters, not shorts and flip flops. Again, thank you for providing a fabulous place to stay when visiting Rhinebeck.

Great stay for a wedding weekend

We were lucky to grab Donna’s property for a September wedding in Rhinebeck. Perfect for 2 couples and she had everything we could want (towels, pillows, and personal amenities- not to mention a sweet gift!). Walkable to town, we were able to enjoy shops and restaurants in our free time. We will be back!
