It is essential that guests take personal responsibility for the safety of their group in and around the bush area adjacent to the property. While the property welcomes pets, it isn't fully fenced so pet owners need to keep an eye on their pets at all times. Please note that the sofa bed in bedroom four may not be suitable for an adult.Please note a bond may be charged at certain times of the year. One of our team members will contact you if this is required for your booking.Please note that if parking space will be used, park on the road, then go down the path beside the house.There is enough space for 2 cars in the carport but guests must always exit the property driving forwards (no backing out) as this is a Council requirement. Guest may pull on to the lawn by the park bench to turn around inside the property.Please note that the property's Heating is be turned off mid-Nov to mid-March. If you require this to be turned on please let us know.
