Mount Arthur View modern cottage with garden, fruit trees & cat!

Waking up to a stunning view of mount Arthur & the western rangers. Our family friendly 3 bedroom house is located so you have a stunning view from the bed. A short drive to Richmond (10min) or to Mapua (7 min), a beautiful coastal little town, we are located in a quiet cul de sac, perfect for kids. Our friendly neighbourhood is very welcoming. A large garden area with fruit trees and a large deck area are perfect to soak up the mid day & afternoon sun. We also have 1 bedroom with cot available for little guests. Our open plan living and dining area opens up through a large sliding door directly on to the deck- it is all flat surface.
Our friendly Cat Bobby will be staying in the house. So not suited for people who have a cat allergy.
Herbs, spices, coffee and tea will be available and including fridge/freezer and kitchen gadgets, gas stove & coffee machine.
Native birds are frequent visitors to our property and a fire can keep you warm on colder nights (wood provided).
Our home is family orientated and offers a large wooden toy kitchen and loads of room to explore in the garden including a big trampoline nestled into the bank covered by native grasses.
In the evening you can hear the cicadas while looking into the star covered sky on a cloudless night. Great spot for star gazing!
