My grandfathers lake house, Beautiful 2villa sitting in a 2/3 Ac garden on the bank of Ontario Lake.
Bed and Breakfast/ 1 month lease available.

5 bedrooms are divided in the 2 floors - 250/248
bedrooms, kitchen, great room, formal living room, Sunroom & indoor exercise pool, 5.5 bathrooms. B&B and Extra visitor's rooms are available on request. Party, speakers, or events is not allowed in the backyard (City law). This private lake house is a normal traditional house with marble and hard wood flooring. Furnitures used as same as like in pictures (Not ultra modern design). This is a unique lakefront house that can accompany a big family. If the guest wants to enjoy a clean and native house, you are welcome. A one of a kind private lakefront property (Bed and Breakfast) Stoney Creek/Hamilton/Grimsby area in southern Ontario, the gateway to Niagara Falls and in the heart of the wine region.

2 FLOORS IN THE MAIN HOUSE, SUNROOM, TERRACE

This private lake house is a normal traditional house with marble and hard wood flooring. Furnitures used as same as like in pictures (Not ultra modern design). This is a unique lakefront house that can accompany a big family. If the guest wants to enjoy a clean and native house, you are welcome.

Guest access
You'll have private access to:
- 1st and 2nd floor (3400 square feet) in the main house:
bedrooms with 5 1/2 washrooms, a full kitchen, a great room, a formal living room, a full backyard, a lake patio, and a backyard garden. Three guests can sleep in a room, one room come with a queen bed and a kids twin bed. Extra rooms are available for visitors, contact host.

Five bedrooms are divided in the 2 floors - 250/248, single-family extra bedrooms available on request. Four visiting guests are allowed upon request.

For more than six guests, we will charge $50 per guest per day. The fare will be automatically added on the final airbnb invoice before booking, and if you want to add more guests/cars you can need to contact the host first.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
> Published rates are for the first 6 guests. Additional guest is $50/pp/night
> The Town strictly enforces noise and other by-laws past 9 PM. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated
> As it is a quite neibhour hood, we will not allow speakers, dj devices, mic and sound making equipment’s to use in backyard. You can use it inside house or pool room.
>No extra overnight guests or day visitors allowed without prior consent from the host
> Maximum 11 - 12 cars allowed at the property. If you need to bring additional car, kindly contact host first, no parking allowed on the road side.
> Guest names and vehicle info (make/model) required for insurance purposes
> Bedrooms are prepared based on double occupancy or with infants.
>Detailed house rules (changes seasonally) will be emailed prior to arrival
> $150/hour for late check out (after 11 AM) or early check in (before 4 PM). We are usually very busy to accommodate early check in or late check out. Appreciate your understanding.

LIABILITY MESSAGE:
By booking your stay with us, you acknowledge that you are aware of the risks connected with activities associated with bicycles, kayaks, paddle boards, and lawn games. You agree to not hold accountable or bring legal action against the property management company, the co-hosts, or the owners of the home. This message and your booking with us releases the property management company from all liability relating to injuries that may occur on location before, during, or after activity. You also agree to hold the property management company, co-hosts, and owners of the home free from any liability, including financial responsibility for injuries incurred, regardless of the reasons or circumstances.

You acknowledge the risk involved with activities by using bicycles, kayaks, paddle boards, and lawn games including, but not limited to, sprains, slips and falls, or other physical injuries. You certify that your participation is voluntary and you have been made aware of the risks. Additionally, you do not have any conditions that may increase your likelihood of injury.

Note that with warmer weather comes midges, especially by the lake. There is bug spray & citronella candles to use to help repel them! (May-June).

Owner/Resident Occupancy

As this is a big property the separate studio above the garage is occupied by a resident. This studio is not connected with house and have a separate entrance and guest will not see us. The resident uses one parking spot and will not access the backyard or any other place. Even though the house has multiple dwellings, it will be rented to only one team of guests at a time. So guests can enjoy 100% privacy in backyard. Extra bedrooms are available on request for couples.

You can enjoy 100% privacy in the house, garden, and lakeside patio. (Basement is a separate dwelling and is connected with the house with a door).

Wonderful, wonderful, wonderful!

We had an amazing stay, and the hosts were incredibly welcoming and helpful. The house has plenty of room and the kids absolutely loved the indoor pool. The hosts went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. I would definitely recommend this property and stay there again when we visit the area. The location is right down the street from a fun park and located centrally among lots of wineries and breweries, and the Falls is just a short drive.

Big Lakefront Cottage for a staycation with pool.

It was an amazing stay in the house and the host was super friendly. Our children enjoyed the indoor heated pool and we found the place much comfy in the winter. Kitchen loaded by all amenities for our big team. And the house is super spacious for my 6 family and their children. Fireplace was an addition and lot of space for car parking. Lake view and CN tower is awesome from the house, house is covered by fence and gate make more private. Recommended and in my bucket list for next summer.

Big Lake house with a heated pool tub

We booked the property for the birthday celebration of our child, joined with 5 families on the lake patio and had dinner outside. Infants enjoyed the heated pool and the pool room. Rooms was well arranged and clean, a lot of space in house with a double height main floor. Lake view from the house is mindblowing. Host was super friendly and recommended. Pool water took 5-6 hours to heat-up and not provided towels for swimming. Overall the property was excellent for a family reunion.
