Situated just 1.5 hours from both Sydney and Canberra, Yuruga is the quintessential Southern Highlands escape. Meaning "extensive view" in the local Indigenous language, Yuruga lives up to its name with multiple vantage points perfect for enjoying serene sunsets, morning coffees, or a glass of wine as the day winds down.
Perfect for a peaceful family weekend or a special occasion with friends, Yuruga accommodates up to 22 guests across two separate living spaces: The House and The Studio.
About Yuruga – The House
The main house boasts a generous open-plan design, featuring two large kitchen/dining areas, each located in its own wing with a central entrance. Each wing also includes a sitting room with a smart TV equipped with Netflix, making it ideal for larger groups wanting both communal spaces and privacy.

18 Guests total (includes sofa beds and trundles)
The master guestroom features its own kitchenette with tea and coffee-making facilities and a cozy sitting area with a sofa bed for two additional guests. The upstairs guestroom also includes a pull-out sofa bed.
Important Note:
We do not host weddings, bucks, or bridal parties, but are open to photoshoots and promotional events.
About Yuruga – The Studio
The Studio is connected to the house but has its own private entrance, offering extra privacy while remaining close to the main group.

Total: Sleeps 4 guests
The Studio includes its own ensuite, kitchenette, and Netflix-equipped TV.

We welcome house-trained pets! Yuruga offers two fully fenced yards, perfect for your furry companions. We kindly ask that you:
