Big enough for the whole family; this 3 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom, 2-storey home also comes with single-car garaging plus two additional parking spaces.
Downstairs you'll enjoy the open-plan living, dining & kitchen, plus understair laundry and convenient separate toilet. Through the sliding door you will find a sun-soaked, fully fenced courtyard with comfy outdoor seating.
Upstairs are the two Queen and one king-single bedrooms, plus a full bathroom.

The ground floor welcomes you with a sunlit, open-plan arrangement encompassing the kitchen, living, and dining areas. This flows seamlessly onto a private north-facing patio, where sunlight abounds. Furnished with two sofas and an armchair, the space accommodates the entire family comfortably. Parking is effortlessly managed with a single garage and two off-street parking spaces. For added convenience, a separate toilet and laundry are also situated on the ground floor. Transitioning to the second story, you'll discover two bedrooms furnished with queen beds, alongside one bedroom with a single bed. These are complemented by a complete bathroom, ensuring a well-rounded stay.

Guests will have access to the entire property which comes with three off-street parking spaces- a single garage, in front of the garage and parking space to the right of the property for effortless parking options.

Please note we can facilitate early check-ins/late check outs. there is an extra cost of $10 per hour with maximum of 2 hours. extra cost is to cover express cleaning. Subject to availability.

This property comes with parking space for three cars- one in the garage and two in front of the garage. If you have additional vehicles you will need to find street parking for these.

Cranford Street is known for its bustling activity so there is the potential for some noise. However, the extended driveway helps ensure that any potential noise remains minimal.
We have strict rules in place to ensure a peaceful stay for all guests and neighbours. Please refrain from making loud noise outside between the hours of 10pm and 7am. If you are unable to comply with this rule, we kindly ask that you do not book with us.

Additionally, parties or gatherings are not allowed, any unauthorised gatherings will result in immediate cancellation with no refund.

Check out time is 10am and late checkouts must be requested 24hours in advance.

Smoking is prohibited inside the property and any damages or extra cleaning caused by smoking or pets will result in a $200 fee. We expect the house to be left in a reasonable condition and any additional cleaning required will be charged at $60 per hour.

Any damages, spills or stains must be reported and may result in a charge for replacement or cleaning.

We hired a car as it was cheaper than taxis and buses. Easy to move around Christchurch. Plenty of parking at accommodation.

Ideal house for our stay & close to all main amenities/ City centre. Parking a little tight but no great issue. No problem with any traffic noise which was raised as a possible concern in the houise details. Excellent/prompt communications with Paula.
