Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that the home did not fully meet your expectations. While this is a smaller home, we take cleanliness and guest comfort very seriously and ensure the property is thoroughly cleaned between each stay. We appreciate you sharing your concerns and are using your feedback as an opportunity to make additional improvements. New sheets and towels are being added, and we already have larger updates planned, including a new washer and dryer and new LVP flooring. The refrigerator and other kitchen appliances have also recently been replaced. We’d also like to clarify the communication process. While Evolve manages our Airbnb and Vrbo listings, the property is locally owned. We live approximately three miles from the home and provide guests with a direct contact number so that any needs or concerns can be addressed as quickly as possible during their stay. We appreciate your feedback and the opportunity to continue improving the guest experience.
