My wife and I recently spent a week at this great condo. Perfect location overlooking the ocean with easy access to the beach via the private boardwalk. It’s also a short drive to the historic district, restaurants etc. Well decorated and spacious it was the perfect place to escape the Midwest cold!

The property was exactly as described. It is in a perfect location. It’s a first floor condo, but because the parking garage is underneath the unit, you can see the ocean over the sand dunes without any problems. We thoroughly enjoyed sitting on the balcony each morning sipping our coffee before making the 3-4 minute walk to the ground floor, across the boardwalk, and down to the beach. From our balcony, we saw rabbits, turtles and even a deer on the lawn. The condo itself was exceptionally clean and had everything we needed for our stay. There were plenty of dishes, soap, paper goods, etc. They also had beach towels and beach chairs for our use. We would stay here again!

We had a wonderful time, great showers, great beds, comfortable furniture and the kitchen had everything we needed. Sunrises on the patio are being missed already.

Our family of 6 just spent 2 weeks traveling the state of Florida and this was our last stop and the best property by far! This property was amazing and had plenty of space for everyone! The views from the beach front balcony were amazing and were the reason we booked here in the first place. The property is part of a smaller community, making it nice and home-y. The unit was super convenient to access from the secure garage. The unit itself was perfectly equipped with everything we needed to make our stay easy and comfortable for our family. The communication with the host/owner was superb. We hope to return to St. Augustine again and this would be our first choice for lodging! Highly recommend!

This was a perfect beach spot. The home was spacious enough for our family of 5! The access to the beach was wonderful and made for some beautiful sunrises. The neighborhood was very safe with a quick 5 minute drive to a grocery store

We absolutely loved our stay at this condo! It was super clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. The location was perfect with an easy walk to the beach! The place felt really homey, and we appreciated all the little touches. Check-in was easy, and the host was awesome. Definitely would stay here again and highly recommend!!

Family trip

The condo was in amazing condition and we could see the beach from our balcony. The walk to the beach was not far and the condo itself was extremely clean. Enjoyed our stay and would recommend to anyone who is looking for a quiet family location to stay.
