From the owner: "Hi Betsy, Thank you so much for sharing your feedback with us. We are truly grateful for your kind words about the location and how seamless the check‑in process was for you. It is always wonderful to know that parts of your stay were enjoyable. We do, however, want to extend our sincerest apologies that the cleanliness did not meet your expectations. This is an area we hold to an extremely high standard, and it is disappointing to hear we fell short during your visit. Over the past two years, we have maintained a strong record of high marks for cleanliness, and this is the first time we’ve received feedback suggesting otherwise. Please know that we take this very seriously.Had we been made aware of the issue during your stay, we would have gladly sent our cleaning team right away to address any concerns and ensure everything was up to the level of comfort you deserve. Since receiving your feedback, we have spoken directly with our cleaning company to review what happened and reinforce our protocols so future guests continue to feel welcomed and well cared for from the moment they arrive.Thank you again for bringing this to our attention. Honest feedback like yours allows us to improve and continue providing the best possible experience for all of our guests."

Thanks so much for your kind words! I’m glad you enjoyed the villa, the deck views, and the easy access to the beach and restaurants. We’d love to have you back anytime!
