They thought of everything when this gorgeous two bedroom oceanfront villa was being updated! Combining an elegant contemporary beach design throughout while also focusing on comfort, the best of both worlds collide in this Hampton Place condominium!

This two bedroom condominium was updated from the walls in, including all furniture and appliances.

The kitchen stands out with its hand-crafted cabinetry, stainless steel appliances and quartz countertops. The kitchen will be fully-equipped upon your arrival. Adjacent to the kitchen, the dining area comfortably seats four guests. The kitchen bar seats an additional three guests.

The living room is framed perfectly to enhance the direct ocean view through two large windows. The custom built-in accentuates the design of the space and provides a home to the large Smart TV. Seating is varied and is ample enough to please the whole family. A slider provides access to your private oceanfront balcony!

The primary suite has a king sized bed, Smart TV and boasts fantastic views of the Atlantic Ocean! The en-suite primary bathroom is beautiful with its quartz top two sink vanity and custom-designed walk-in shower.

The guest bedroom has a king bed which can be converted into 2 twins upon request for an additional fee. The room also includes a smart HDTV. The guest bathroom, accessed from the hallway, has been recently updated featuring a large tiled walk-in shower. The guest bedroom overlooks the ocean and the beautiful grounds of the Hampton Place community, offering direct access to the private balcony.

Outside on your private oceanfront balcony you'll be able to enjoy sweeping views of the Atlantic Ocean! The beach is just down the elevator and straight out!

Hampton Place is a very well-kept condominium complex with wonderful amenities such as a lap pool, large common pool, spa and its very own gym! Being centrally located within Palmetto Dunes Oceanfront Resort, you'll also enjoy easy access to the all three championship golf courses, pickleball and tennis facility as well as several different restaurants and shops!
