Paradise is found in this custom built modern living home. Step inside to experience the elegance of this stunning vacation retreat. The open living plan with modern coastal furnishings allow for great entertainment. The minute you step inside it will leave you a grand first impression. This house offers a 4 bedroom and 4.5 bath with privacy for all. After a long day in the sun put your feet up and relax with the family in the living room. Down the hall is the primary king room where you will find private access to the pool. There is a mini fridge for you to use and your own coffee maker. In the primary bath there is his and her sinks. Choose to enjoy a relaxing shower or soak in the tub to end your day. On the other end of the house is the 2nd guest King bedroom. The gourmet kitchen is stocked and ready for you to enjoy cooking all your families meals or hire a private chef for your pleasure. Upstairs you will find a private mini fridge and coffee maker in the foyer to enjoy along with the additional guest King and Queen bedroom. The bonus feature in this house is the theater room. Gather the family for a movie night and make for an memorable evening. Need to stay active... check out the in home fitness room!
Step outside and enjoy the finest living and Florida experience. Take a dip in the pool, sun bathe on the lounges and enjoy all the tropical climate Marco Island has to offer. Enjoy a outside meal while watching the sunset at the dining table that seats 10. Grill outside using the outdoor kitchen while watching your kids laugh and play in the pool as you watch your favorite sports team on the outside television. If you like fishing and wildlife viewing and boating look no further! It is all at your fingertips!
Please note that we do not heat the pools during our Summer months: May through mid-November.
Residential Rules
We hope you have a wonderful time on Marco Island. We ask that you be mindful of the neighbors around you. While you are on vacation, they are full time residents, and not on vacation with you.
Marco Island does have a strict noise ordinance which is in place 24 hours a day. Be aware of this. Should the police go out to the property you are renting, and a noise violation is issued, it will become your responsibility to pay it, should a fine be assessed. Fines start at 250.00, and move to 500.00, for a second visit.
Please note $3000 Additional Refundable Security Deposit is Required - Please call our office with any questions.
Also note that the "maximum occupants" per unit, is just that, the MAXIMUM. This means that no more than the maximum limit are allowed on property anytime of the day or night. You are NOT allowed guests that would exceed the maximum capacity identified by the Owners. Furthermore, there are TWO vehicles allowed per rental. No more. Parking is prohibited on the swales and can NOT obstruct sidewalks.
****PLEASE NOTE FEB/MARCH Owner is looking for a minimum of a MONTH renter or longer. If you are looking for 4 month or longer owner may discount. ****
