Located on the southernmost tip of Marco Island in the prestigious Estates area, this home stands apart for its unparalleled and unobstructed views of the Gulf of Mexico, Caxambas Bay, and Ten Thousand Island. Situated on an acre with 170 ft. of sea wall facing directly south, guests will enjoy an expansive outdoor lanai, a 35 thousand-gallon saltwater pool, a large elevated spa, and several lounge areas just feet away from the water.
The serenity of the setting is truly captivating! The home offers guests a spacious, relaxed open floor plan with 4,210 sq. ft. under air conditioning and a total area of 4,862 sq. ft. on three stories. The Great Room has walls of glass overlooking the lanai and waterfront, which provide beautiful views from the free-flowing kitchen, breakfast, dining, and entertainment seating areas.
