Lausanne is one of the most coveted condominiums along this pristine stretch of Naples beach, offering an expansive resort style pool deck with quick and easy beach access. Unit 412S has eastern exposure, offering views of the bay from the large furnished balcony and a light and sunny interior. Gleaming wood floors, newly renovated bathrooms, and an open white kitchen make for a beautifully appealing interior, complete with tropical transitional furnishings. The primary suite has a king size bed and bathroom with dual sink vanity, large shower and walk-in closet. The guest suite has two twin size beds and a private bath as well. A powder half bath off the living room accommodates visitors, in-unit laundry machines provide convenience, and the unit comes with use of one assigned covered garage parking space. The Lausanne offers extensive amenities including the sunny pool deck with adjacent pergolas for shade, fire pits for evening ambiance as the sun sets, a barbecue grilling deck, new fitness room, billiards room, social room and bocce court. The Moorings neighborhood is ideal for walking and exercise with miles of sidewalks flanked by tropical flora. Lausanne is located on Gulf Shore Blvd N, just a mile south of the Village on Venetian Bay, where you will find restaurants and cafes of all kinds, boutique shopping and a boat rental stand if you want to explore the bay or the gulf by water.
