This three-story home holds nothing back in terms of luxury. Its modern elegance is designed with your experience in mind. Featuring 3 beds, 2 bathrooms, and a double car garage sprawled across three levels, it's a testament to sophisticated living.
Discover the ultimate Launceston escape at our prime location. Positioned at the highway base leading to the sought-after Tamar Valley wine route and moments away from the city center. Just a 2-minute drive reveals the awe-inspiring Cataract Gorge, an absolute must-see while visiting our beautiful city.
This remarkable residence spans three levels. Enter the ground floor with an expansive double garage, offering the luxury of off-street parking. The fully equipped laundry and a downstairs bedroom are conveniently located here, with a plush double bed for a restful sleep located within the bedroom space.
The middle floor features a generous bathroom, a separate toilet, and the heart of the home: an open-plan kitchen, living, and dining space. Natural sunlight pours through north-western facing doors throughout the day, warming up the space beautifully.
The open living-dining area features tasteful furnishings including a 6-seater dining suite and comfortable seating to enjoy some entertainment on the smart TV. The sleek kitchen hosts contemporary appliances, including an induction cooktop and dishwasher. Entertain effortlessly with the island bench and sliding doors opening onto the inviting deck with stunning river and mountain views.
The top tier reveals two luxurious queen bedrooms and a separate bathroom. The first queen bedroom offers plush bedding, a built-in wardrobe, and the thoughtful touch of a cleverly integrated desk. Launceston has many things to see and do including the vibrant Harvest Market every Saturday morning, the Princess Theatre, hosting local, interstate, and international performances, the Star Theatre for a cosy, cinematic experience, and many pubs and venues that host amazing live, musical talents.
Often referred to as the 'Lygonâ Street of Launceston, you will find some of Launcestonâs most popular eateries and amenities on the illustrious Charles Street. George St is also known as âEat Streetâ with a range of restaurants, bars, gin houses and cafes to cater for most tastes.
The Cataract Gorge is just minutes away, a spectacular natural formation where you can enjoy long and short walks, fresh water swimming basins, the world's longest single-span chairlift and vibrant peacocks! An additional, unique way to experience this attraction is via the Tamar Cruise vessel, which cruises through the waters that carve between the rocky formations.
The City Park which is known for its beautiful oak tree gardens, playground for the children, a plant-filled conservatory and cheeky snow monkeys. Nearby, you will find Penny Royal World. This attraction provides you and the family with a fabulous day out, with boat rides, rock climbing, rope courses, and more found here. For the adults, Penny Royal also provides a beautiful atmosphere where you can enjoy a wine or coffee.
An additional area to note is the Seaport Precinct. Here you will find some of Launcestonâs most beloved restaurants and bars scattered along the edges of the Tamar River. Restaurants to note are Mud Restaurant and Bar, the Levee Food Co. and Spice. Across the bridge you will find the Riverbend Park for all day play entertainment, the Boathouse CafĂ© and Silo Hotel.

METRO BUS SERVICE: Metro bus service provides transportation throughout Launceston and its surrounding suburbs each day. To access timetables, routes, and prices, please visit the Metro Tasmania Website.
FREE TIGER BUS: The bus travels around the city. There are bus stops located nearby outside Princes Square Park and the Launceston General Hospital. It is easy to spot â painted with the black and brown stripes of a Tasmanian Tiger! For timetables and routes, please see the Metro Tasmania Website (Free Tiger Bus).
ELECTRIC SCOOTERS: You will find purple and orange electric scooters scattered around Launceston. To access these, please download the Apps âBeamâ and âNeuronâ. Please wear the helmet provided and be safe!
