First floor contains 1st bedroom with Queen bed and Main bathroom. second floor contains Master bedroom with Queen bed and Ensuite, 3rd bedroom contains a Single bed. Upper floors accessed by stairs only. The living area is bright and airy, with comfortable seating and a large flatscreen Smart TV, perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook up a storm, including a fridge, oven, stove, microwave, and dishwasher. There's also a dining area with seating for four. It is within walking distance of highly rated cafes such as C4 Coffee and restaurants like Smokey T’s. The popular Chinese supermarket Oriental Warehouse is just across the road. Anytime Fitness, a 24 hour gym is a 2 min walk away from the house. The Christchurch bus exchange is a 15 min walk away and that will give you access to all of Christchurch via the various bus routes. On street parking is free outside the development but can often be full during the day. The surrounding streets also have free parking available, so if you have a car, you should be able to find a parking spot close by. Ubers or Taxi’s are never far away and are available 24/7 for a convenient pick up. City Noise - Please note this is an inner city Townhouse, which is located by Christchurch City Hospital. Its near the road and some intersections and has usual city noises. Pedestrians walking past, cars driving and the occasional Sirens. The Townhouse is much quieter with the windows closed. If you are a light sleeper, ear plugs are recommended, or perhaps choose a property not so close to the city. This property has no allocated carparking provided. Street parking only.
