Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally located home. This well-appointed, new 3-storey townhouse located in central Christchurch. This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom property is a great base for exploring the city. Dine at the plethora of local restaurants or cook at home with a full kitchen. The master bedroom has a Queen bed & ensuite, and another Queen bed in the 2nd bedroom, and a second full bathroom. 2 highly-rated cafes just around the corner. Sofa bed located in living area for 5th guest.
The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need to prepare meals, with a dining area to enjoy them. The living room is bright and airy, with comfortable seating and a flat-screen TV for entertainment. The apartment also has a modern bathroom with a shower and all necessary amenities.
Ground floor has the kitchen, living and dining area flowing to the private, fully fenced courtyard. Sofa bed is located in the living area - additional fee applies for linen.
Upstairs (1st floor) has bedroom with 1x Queen bed and full bathroom. The 2nd floor - has the Queen bed and ensuite bathroom with Tiled shower, Bidet and vanity.
Please note this is a 3 storey property.

The kitchen is fully equipped with high-quality appliances, including a dishwasher, microwave, and Oven. We also provide basic cooking supplies such as oil, salt, and pepper, so you can prepare your meals with ease if you wish to cook throughout your stay.
Carebnb provide a contactless check-in process. Prior to your arrival we will send detailed instructions on how to enter the property, including door codes and wifi passwords.
We are local and available to assist with any issues that may arise. Carebnb is committed to making your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.
Upon check-out, you can leave the property on your own.

City Noise - Please note this is an inner city Townhouse, which is located by Christchurch City Hospital. Its near the road and some intersections and has usual city noises. Pedestrians walking past, cars driving and the occasional Sirens. The Townhouse is much quieter with the windows closed. If you are a light sleeper, ear plugs are recommended, or perhaps choose a property not so close to the city.
Please note construction is taking place around this property during the day, so extra noise is to be expected.
This property has no allocated carparking provided. Street parking only.
Please note we can facilitate early check-ins/late check outs. there is an extra cost of $10 per hour with maximum of 2 hours. extra cost is to cover express cleaning. Subject to availability.
We have strict rules in place to ensure a peaceful stay for all guests and neighbours. Please refrain from making loud noise outside between the hours of 10pm and 7am. If you are unable to comply with this rule, we kindly ask that you do not book with us.
Additionally parties or gatherings are not allowed, any unauthorised gatherings will result in immediate cancellation with no refund.
Check out time is 10am and late checkouts must be requested 24hours in advance.
Smoking is prohibited inside the property and any damages or extra cleaning caused by smoking or pets will result in a $200 fee. We expect the house to be left in a reasonable condition and any additional cleaning required will be charged at $60 per hour.
Any damages, spills or stains must be reported and may result in a charge for replacement or cleaning.
