Grand Lodge at White Pine Retreats Fab Sunsets, Totally Refurnished - Sleeps 11

NOTE - Although we are currently only accepting reservations for stays of 6 days or longer, if you contact us, we will try to accommodate you for a shorter stay.

We call this the Grand Lodge because it is the ultimate - it has it all. It has a brand new kitchen including a gourmet stove with 8 burners and two full size ovens. The refrigerator even has a computer built into the door!!! There is dishwasher, trash compactor, and wine cooler. The HUGE great room has a wet bar with another refrigerator PLUS all the ambiance that you would expect from a Canadian Lodge - high beamed ceiling - wagon wheel chandelier, fish and animals on the wall - even a full size Timber Wolf!!

From the large second deck on the second floor you can enjoy the most spectacular sunsets over the lake that you have ever seen. while you are using the new stainless steel grill. You can do all this while sipping a beverage and cooking on the outdoor grill.

The master bedroom is HUGE with a king size bed and a beautiful private master bathroom. The second bedroom has a bunkbed with a queen bed on the bottom and a twin bed on top. The third bedroom is in a huge loft where there are three queen size beds. The Lodge can sleep up to 11 people total.

White Pine Retreat is like "an island that you can drive to". It's like an island, because it is on a peninsula with water on three sides and it is totally quiet – absolutely no road noise & very little boat traffic - yet you can drive to it. We offer you absolute peace & quiet. No road noise (we are 1 mile off the highway) and no street lights so you can enjoy the stars at night. Fishing for Walleyes, Northern Pike, Large & Smallmouth Bass, & Crappies. There are only a few places on Lake of the Woods where you can find Lake Trout and White Pine Retreat is located is just 12 minutes from the best fishing spots.

You can launch your boat for free. Our docks are nearly new – not junk. They are well protected from the wind & have rubber cushions on the dock edges. Electric outlets are available at the docks for charging your batteries.

As our guest you are welcome to use the beautiful cedar sauna, our canoes, & our kayaks. There is rubber dinghy with electric motor for the kids to use. There is also a swing & slide set for younger children to play on.
For swimmers we offer a small sandy beach. It's not like Cancun, but it is all sand - no weeds and adjacent to the sauna so you can take a quick dip after taking a sauna. Also, for swimmers, we have a large floating dock and a 12 foot hexagon floating hammock.

We have a separate laundry building for your use. Our washers and dryers are free – not coin operated – even the laundry detergent is free.

The fish cleaning house is new & beautiful – with knotty pine interior. Sinks and tables are stainless steel with commercial grade washdown sprayer.



Rental boats are available - including a pontoon boat for party cruises. Ask us for an information brochure & prices.

We also have more cabins that can accommodate a total of 37 people. I'm sure that there must be better places for a large group, but I don't know where.
