From the moment you arrive, you’ll feel the peaceful energy of the space. Surrounded by nature and set in a quiet area of the Bruce Peninsula, this is the perfect place to slow down, unwind, and reconnect, whether you’re here for a family getaway, a couple’s retreat, or a relaxing escape with friends. We are pet-friendly with a per-stay rate of $125 per pet, max of 3 pets.

One of the most special features of our property is its proximity to a hidden gem beach.

Just a 2-minute drive or a scenic 16-minute walk brings you to a calm, shallow, and uncrowded shoreline that feels like your own private beach. Unlike busier destinations, this area offers a peaceful setting where you can truly relax. The shallow water is perfect for families, while the steady breeze makes it ideal for windsurfing and paddleboarding.

Nearby, you’ll also find some incredible local spots:

Sauble Falls (approx. 15 minutes) – a beautiful natural waterfall perfect for exploring and photos
A nearby tree-lined dirt road that feels like a tunnel of greenery—perfect for peaceful walks or scenic drives
Red Bay Lodge (approx. 10 minutes) – a great spot for casual outdoor dining
The Dunes in Sauble on Thursdays offer free line dancing lessons for a fun, local country experience

The cottage is designed to be both spacious and comfortable, with areas for gathering as well as quiet moments.

One thing that makes our home unique is that we’ve intentionally limited technology in the bedrooms to encourage guests to unplug, spend quality time together, and fully enjoy the natural surroundings.

The main-floor deck, just off the kitchen, includes a BBQ and a dining table, perfect for outdoor meals, morning coffee, or evening drinks. The backyard offers space to unwind, enjoy nature, and gather around the fire.
