What an apartment this is, situated on the ground level of a gated complex, across the street from the foreshore. With 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and room to spare it is perfect for a family holiday.
The main bedroom overlooks the ocean, just relax in the queen bed and watch the day begin. An ensuite to this bedroom has a shower and separate toilet.
The other 2 bedrooms have 2 single beds each, wardrobes and ceiling fans.
The open plan kitchen/ lounge/ dining area has a r/c air con and boasts leather lounges, FREE Wi-Fi plus Smart 65 inch TV, home theatre and DVD library. A magnificent chefs kitchen with stone top benches and cupboards full of cutlery and crockery. Kitchen has a dishwasher, electric cooktop and oven.
A large dining setting and lounge suite are situated on the patio looking across the foreshore.
A great couple's luxury retreat.
There is parking for 2 vehicles, inside the complex, one behind the other at the rear of the unit.
The Seafront Estate is a well maintained, gated & secure holiday complex just across the road from the beach and Dobbyn Park with communal services in the center of the complex. It boasts two swimming pools, one of them being a shallow paddling pool for the little ones. A couple of gazebos provide plenty of shade and there are FREE BBQ's.
Some consumables such as toilet paper & some soaps are provided for your arrival only. You may be required to purchase extra during your stay.
Sleeps up to 6 guests in 5 beds.

Mandatory bed linen, bath towel and booking fees apply and are included in your booking total.
