Great place to lounge, relax, and just enjoy the area of Illinois. It’s close to everywhere so everywhere we went was within close driving distance. I highly recommend this place!

Easy access good parking clean well stocked but very small three bedroom house with nice outdoor sitting and eating area near Rosemont

Great Stay

Enjoyed our stay. The property was as shown in the photos and kitchen was especially nice. Comfortable living room with plenty of seating for our group of 4. Very quiet at night, and safe neighborhood. There is a small market and a good breakfast place just a block or two away.

Poor service

Had to call for check in instructions as they never sent any and did not reply to any messages on vrbk. Took us 5-10 minutes to get into the door since the keypad isnt visible in the dark. The property manager did not pick up when called and the voicemail box was full. The house is obviously a flip. The flooring wasnt put it well, my father cut his foot on the floor pretty badly due to this. The beds are advertised as queens but they are fulls.

Great weekend

The house was small, but perfect for us 3 girls for a weekend. The back deck was excellent! The driveway was a bit difficult to find…you have to go around the corner and down an alley, but it was nice to have off-street parking. Overall, the house was great, the neighborhood was quiet, and we had a fantastic weekend!

Nice property

Overall the location was nice and close to many things! Some of the bed sheets had a few odd stains on them so we ended up running them through the washer when we got there but other than that the place was very clean. The parking was down a small ally way which took a second to find since it was not in the instructions but it was nice not having to park on the street!

Wknd stay in Des Plaines

Cute home & neighborhood, great location and easy check in. Lacking some kitchen supplies (wine glasses/cups/dishwasher pods). The beds weren't the most comfortable but otherwise the home was as described in the listing. Best for 2-4 people.

Smaller than it looks

Booking and communication was easy. The contact was always quick to respond. There were aspects of the rental that could use improvement. 1. There were no garbage cans nor bags anywhere on the property. 2. There was no hand soap anywhere. 3. The rental is much smaller than it appears in the listing - no king size bed. 4. Cooking utensils are limited - no full set of utensils, no bakeware, no spices or oil, limited cooking utensils, limited cooking pans, no can opener - this wasn’t advertised, but be aware so you can bring some or buy some 5. Multiple times when using the microwave and/or the dishwasher, the fuse blew, and we would have to go into one of the rooms to reset the fuses. 6. There was no manual on the property - but again, the manager was quick and great about answering questions.
