Welcome to this NEW CONSTRUCTION and NEW TO RENTALS, spacious one-bedroom apartment that comfortably accommodates up to four people. As you step inside, you'll immediately notice the open concept living space, designed to create a warm and inviting atmosphere for you and your companions. The living area features cozy seating arrangements, allowing you to relax and unwind after a long day of exploring all the Cape has to offer. The fully equipped kitchen boasts new stainless appliances and ample counter space. Whether you're a culinary enthusiast or simply prefer the convenience of preparing meals at home, this kitchen is perfect for your needs. It's stocked with all the necessary tools and utensils, making cooking a breeze. The large bedroom holds a king bed and a twin trundle bed accommodating 4 people. One of the highlights of this apartment is the private patio dedicated for renters use creating a charming outdoor space where you can soak up the sunshine and enjoy the fresh air. The patio is furnished with comfortable seating and features a grill, allowing you to enjoy barbecues and a delightful outdoor meal. For your convenience, the apartment provides a washer and dryer, so you can easily take care of your laundry during your stay. No need to worry about finding a laundromat or packing excessive amounts of clothing. Simply freshen up your wardrobe at your leisure. The full bathroom offers a bathtub, allowing you to indulge in a relaxing soak whenever you desire. Parking is a breeze with two dedicated spaces available for your vehicles. Enjoy the convenience, comfort, and relaxation this apartment provides as you explore and experience the surrounding area. Pets considered (dogs only please) for an additional $150 per dog per booking fee. This home accepts stays of 3 nights or more for an added $150 cleaning fee. Bookings of 7 nights or more include the cleaning fee. BOOK NOW!!! The apartment is below to a single family home and offers a private entrance. Owner will consider allowing Sunday check-ins and/or Saturday checkouts. Non-refundable $250.00 fee (includes administrative fee and damage waiver insurance) plus applicable state and local taxes. Great location but very noisy

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit itself is lovely, spacious and comfortable. It's a ground floor unit, so not a lot of sunlight. My only complaint is that it was so incredibly noisy a few of the mornings and all the sound could be heard in the unit that I was staying in. So, I woke up at 6am for 2-3 days in a row because there was so much noise in the owner's unit above. I actually left/ended my reservation early because I could not handle the noise so early in the morning. I would not recommend that anyone stay here if the family in the upstairs unit will be there at the same time.

We live at the Linnell Landing beach when we are at the Cape - it's a quick hop in the car from the Apt. Great place.
