The deck has easy access from the living room, and the kitchen, making bringing food from the grill straight to the table a breeze. Plenty of outdoor seating and lounge chairs, and a private hot tub make this a great space for those outdoor gatherings! This two-bedroom home features one King size bedroom and a bathroom on the main level, the upper-level bedroom has a Queen and a Full-size bed along with a Twin over Twin bunk bed. The upstairs bedroom also features its own walk out balcony, perfect for those lake views & has its own attached bathroom! All of our properties are stocked with a starter kit for toiletries and kitchen supplies. We aim to meet the essentials for your stay, but anything beyond what is listed below (or if you plan to have a large group/long stay) you will need to provide for your stay.
Kitchen: Coffee, Sugar, Coffee Filters, Salt and Pepper, Potholders, Dish soap, Dishwasher pods, Hand Soap, Kitchen Hand towels and dishcloths, Paper towels, Trash Bags
Toiletries: Shampoo, Conditioner, Body wash, Hand Soap, Towels, Toilet Paper, Trash bags, Make up wipes, Deodorizer spray, Tissue.
All linens will be provided as well as laundry detergent.

Other Things to Note:
**Please note, that while there are games provided for guest use in the garage, the golf cart is NOT available for use & any evidence of damages or tampering will result in a fine.
**This property is situated in a heavily wooded area, home to various natural pests such as chiggers, ticks, and snakes. Please take necessary precautions and remain mindful of your surroundings.
**The road to the house is unpaved and rough in some areas. It may not be suitable for some vehicles.
**This property is NOT pet friendly. There will be fines imposed for any evidence of unauthorized pets.
**Freedom complies with all ADA regulations and welcomes Registered Service Animals. ESA's (Emotional Support Animals) are not allowed at this property.
**Registered Service Animal requirements: 1 - The registered service animal may not be left alone in/around the property. 2 - The registered service animal must be on a leash when outside. 3 - Owners are required to pick up all pet waste.
